There is a difference between recovering from a separated shoulder and a torn ACL. Most athletes who have gone through Theo’s injury will tell you it took their body close to 2 years to fully recover from an ACL tear

Important that Debuchy play this week to prove his fitness. As much joy as Bellerin brings, the stability of Debuchy will be needed next week. Bellerin v. Hazard may not be ideal.

Well, since he’s coming back from a non football-related injury (I know he got it during a game, but that just tells you more about that Stoke player) it’s unlikely his injury will play up again from playing football. If he was fine doing his dishes at home he’ll be equally fine running around. 😉
Also, Coquelin is a solid full back, and Flamini spent a lot of his time at Milan at right back.

I love Hector, in fact I’ll be getting a Bellerin jersey to celebrate me leaving Ireland for the first time next September to work in Barcelona. That being said, I do think it’s wise for Wenger to give Debuchy some game time before Chelsea next week. As good as our young Catalan has been, Hazard would be a bigger test than any he’s had so far.
Hope Debuchy is match sharp. Big game to throw him back in for with no Bellerin or Chambers back up.
