I realise Xhaka brings experience and leadership which can be useful in games like this…but his lack of mobility also tends to be exposed in games like this.
I know we are long odds to get a result regardless of any potential lineup, but I think this might help seal our fate.

He hasn’t. A referring decision did. Xhaka was excellent all game. Silva was already falling over before the tiny shirt tug and the referee rightly played on. Clearly not a clear and obvious error.
If he was already falling over why did Xhaka feel the need to grab his shirt? The penalty was entirely Xhaka’s fault – a player who has a history of screwing things up and costing us points – the shirt grab and his reputation cost us the penalty and the fu*cking game because City had done nothing until that point. Feeling absolutely gutted. We did not deserve that. And City are total *****. But this arsenal team are something special, I think we can all see that. 2022 is going to be a big year for us – COYG!
