Viki Schnaderbeck leaves Arsenal

Arsenal defender Viki Schnaderbeck will leave the club this summer following the expiry of her contract. The Austrian captain joined the club in the summer of 2018 but missed the majority of her debut season with a knee injury.

Schnaderbeck was a regular during the 2019-20 campaign before another knee injury in November 2020 saw her miss around 10 months of football. Schnaderbeck spent the second half of last season on loan at Tottenham. It sounds as though Spurs won’t pursue a permanent deal.

Best of luck, Viki. Thanks for everything!

Schnaderbeck is too good for the Sp*rs

I quite like Viki just a shame she spent most of her time with us at the physio!
Hope she can find somewhere to play and remain fit.

Good luck Viki…..another class act we saw too little of because of injury, like Tabea Kemme, Jess Samuelson, Kat Veje even Dan Carter in what could have been her prime years.
Hopefully Rafa Souza is not similarly plagued and our dear Jordan makes it back again.

Sounds like Jordan’s injury is not as serious as it looked and she should be ready for the new season but the worry with her is convincing Jonas to give her a run in the team doing what we all know she can do!
As for Fafa, we don’t really know what state she arrived in. Although she played a few games there may have been some little niggles that were not made public that caused her to miss most of the season.

Looking forward to seeing Souza healthy again.
That said….Lotte has been so very good…
