IMO 7am is doing a terrific job with the numbers, but do we actually really need these numbers. As it is the number we are concerned about the most is not in our favour ie the final score. So why scrape the wound with these stats where every players are micro analysed & the conclusion are always negative. It’s all good to laugh at City and I’m enjoying it too, but lets not delude ourselves into thinking that we would’ve necessarily qualified from that group – especially given our performances this season against weaker CL opposition.

If walcott is still injured replace him with either Podolski or Ramsey. To be honest Ramsey does provide some balance to the team from the side, especially with fullbacks crossing the ball everytime they get the ball.
I approve of this formation, and hope Vermaelen steps up his game. Actually think that looks pretty brilliant! Definitely the best on paper. Would prefer Podolski up top, as he is a much better finisher than Rambo.
