Arsenal’s hopes of a quick deal for Luis Suarez look set to be scuppered by Liverpool who have made it clear, once again, that they have no intention of selling their star striker.
While we all know a certain amount of posturing goes on with any big transfer deal, the fact that they’ve gone public once again means Arsenal are really going to have to work hard to capture the Uruguayan.
At a press conference this morning in Bangkok, Liverpool’s Chief Executive, Ian Ayre, said, “It’s never been our intention to sell Luis. We’ve received two separate offers from Arsenal and rejected both.”
His statement follows owner John W Henry’s Tweet, asking what Arsenal are smoking (More menthol, as it happens), and manager Brendan Rodgers insistence that the player is not for sale.
“Luis is under contract so I haven’t even thought about that,” he said.
“I know what we are trying to build and grow, so why would you swap Liverpool to go to Arsenal? I am not sure that it adds up, to be honest.
“Arsenal has a wonderful history in its own right but Liverpool is one of the biggest clubs in the world. OK, we might not be in the Champions League and haven’t been for a while now but our competitors have grown around us and we have to step up to the challenge now.”
The main issue now appears to be the nature of the much-reported clause in Suarez’s contract. The player and his agent believe the £40m figure means Liverpool must accept the bid, Liverpool quite clearly don’t, and it’s hard to imagine their stance isn’t based on having fully understood the contract they presented to Suarez last summer.
Can you smell the saga, folks? Looks like this one is gonna rumble on for quite some time …
Meeeeeh…
He’s banned for 6 games. From that perspective he could even join by the transfer deadline day and we wouldn’t be able to use him till late September. The big question is though- how badly do we want him? We wanted him enough to pay 40mill but do we want him enough to pay 50 mill?Historically Wenger doesn’t pay inflated prices but that’s what case interesting. Historically this bid would have been nothing other than a hypothetical scenario. As was pointed out in the blog yesterday- all our eggs are in the Suarez basket. Regardless of the doubts that persist… Read more »
If he does pull on an Arsenal shirt, I’ll celebrate the Arsenal goals he would no doubt get. But unless he dramatically changes his ways, I’ll not like the man. I’ll always have a nervousness about what he could do. To pardon the pun, he’d be a loose cannon. And a very expensive one at that. Could the £40-50M we’d pay be put to better use? I think so. And would he live up to the price-tag or do what another £50M former Liverpool striker did and slump. I don’t think Arsenal’s collective faces are big enough for that much… Read more »
the whole saga sucks incts, it’s one big inct suck
Have we got ourselves into a position where we have to spend £50m on him? There have been various strikers available during the summer and it seems really that he’s the only one left. For what it’s worth, despite issues with his personality, from a purely footballing perspective, I think Suarez the best fit for us out of what has been available. Higuain, a player I like a lot, would have been a straight swap for Giroud, they wouldn’t really have been able to play together, whereas Suarez can play on his own, off a striker, or from the left… Read more »
That’s exactly how I feel, MRN. Very well said.
@MRN, of course there’s the football fan irratinality that allows you to support a guy who was wearing enemy colours yesterday. For example, if Rooney joined and did well, I’m convinced that, as much as I hate him now, I would see him very differently.
It doesn’t fall within football fan irrationality to condone, let alone defend, racism. That’s not a ‘fan’ thing, that’s just basic human decency.
We can all agree on what a nasty being saurez is,albeit a very talented bastard,if he does sign I’ll find a way to live with it.. I don’t see us wanting to keep Fivehead or Santos just because they are warm and fuzzy inside..
Based on our own experiences it looks like Suarez will leave Liverpool – hopefully to join us but you never know (especially with this transfer window). We have been bullish about all our big departures recently, we have stressed how much they ‘owe’ us way more than Liverpool have done and we still lost them. Although he was never my ideal signing at the beginning of the window, comparing it to what is left now, I would take him. Traditionally I have an immediate love with all our signings and hoping that when they start doing great things that love… Read more »
no mate we don’t all agree. a striker has to be “nasty” or else the defenders will eat him alive (knock his psychology/confidence)..the striker has to be a tough motha…remember Henry? perhaps not nasty but definitely arrogant and with an attitude to intimidate his defenders psychologically. Luis does the same only in a different way. More direct lets say. You need a man to lead the attack. Giroud is a fine lad but Luis is proper A male ..pitbul.
and..is it a bad thing to rely on Giroud then? Do you not think he is capable ?
On another note, those of you still concerned about Luis “baggage”…kindly put a sock in it. We are talking about one of the best strikers in the world currently. Many of you have personal issues about him. Guess what, yourpersonal issues are nobodys concern. 50 million for him is nothing. Its only a matter of if Arsenal is willing to pay and break the trend. This guy will win us stuff with his clinical finishing and hunger. Warrior like Sagna.
‘Your personal issues are nobody’s concern’?? I think you’ll find as customers of the football club the fans views should be considered. Are you actually aware of the multi cultural fan base we have? Don’t you think the club have a responsibility to listen to their thoughts on signing a player who has used racist language? Read the full report on what Suarez said and the context in which he said it, if you still want him after that I’ll send you the relevant Klan membership forms.
customers huh? is that how you view yourself then? a customer? …. so tell me customer did anyone from the club forced a gun at you and told you to buy/consume ?
racist language? are you for real?
show me one serious football clubs that listens to its moron customers who want one thing on Monday and another on Tuesday…youre talking out your arse mate
I am very aware of the multicultural fan base and if you were too you would have noted that international arsenal fans have far more respect for the club and the manager and the players than the pissheads in England.
klan? what you on about buddy? you seeing ghosts?
lol is that you thumbing down? not very mature are you?
Wow you’re an angry boy. I used the word ‘customer’ on purpose as that’s how we are viewed by the club. Your flippant attitude to racism is remarkable. At what point do you feel the club should draw a line and not employ someone? Gary glitter doing corporate hospitality? Stuart Hall as matchday announcer? Is the scale of misdemeanours you are willing to forgive in direct proportion to the talent of the individual? Chamakh can only get away with non payment of council tax whereas Wilshere is forgiven any crime upto murder? I look forward to your next batch of… Read more »
” pisseheads in England.”
Did your countries equivilant of the EDL just kick you out for being a nutcase and that’s why your so angry about life. Fuck living next door to you mate.
Corp give up mate, this bloke is obviously on a wind up and is clearly not the full ticket and has no idea what a personal issue racism can be.
midcrop:
well it is a company after all….they will view you as a customer…the point is how do you view yourself? a customer who can moan or a fan who supports no matter what?
draw a line on what? suarez is no racist. don’t listen to uk media too much.
insults? that’s funny..you re calling people you’ve never met racists…
voldshit:
stop acting. the only people referring to racism is you and the fella above….maybe that says more about you two than anyone else.
and yes you could say im angry…ever since we moved stadiums weve had morons moaning and complaining about titles and setting ultimatums to the greatest manager that this club has ever had. instead of being proud of what weve done you have fallen victims of media and rivals taunting and you turned against your own club manager and players…….. no spine…
Mate you are clearly a nutcase and I because of that i won’t indulge you anymore other than to say that if by you mean that I am not a racist when you say that says a lot about me than anyone’s then yeah mate. I would proudly say I am not a racist. And the vast majority of arsenal fans will say the same. Now fuck off.
Midfield Corporal, It’s true that we are customers to an extent, though in this day and age one can be a fan without ever in their life spending a penny on their club, so I’m not sure what “customer” means here. “Consumer” might be more accurate? And, unfortunately, no, the club doesn’t have to listen us. Or, fortunately, depending on the case or how you look at how a football club should be run. I can think of a few instances in which the majority of fans got it spectacularly wrong. And vice versa. Besides which, in the case of… Read more »
Bunburyist. You have hit the nail on the head mate. When you said you respect his view about signing Suarez. The reason why we won’t sign Suarez in the end is self explanatory really.

Till August 31……
….then it’s Remy time.
Just hope the saga favors us this time
“It is not something we want to run on too long,” Rodgers said.
When they say shit like that he’s as good as gone. And Madrid aren’t bidding…
Guess that Rodgers is more straight to the point than any other manager who has a wantaway star? Wenger and other managers say it all the time.
Regardless of his ban, Liverpool DO need to get this wrapped up as soon as possible, unlike what many people think. They WILL have to sign a replacement, Aspas notwithstanding, and the list of available strikers who would go to them is fast shrinking, especially with Spurs in for Soldado. I’m not sure Liverpool can afford to allow this to drag on any more than we can.
But has anyone really asked themselves how our lifes as Arsenal supporters would be if we actually signed him? Let me give you just a few scenarios: No1:(squad news on Arsenal.com ahead of the PL game vs Villa) “Arsene Wenger has said that Monreal,Diaby and Vermalen are all recovering well but are all still 2-3 weeks away. As for our shiny new x million signing Luis Suarez he’s still banned for beeing litle bit of a canibal…” No2: post game interview when he actually plays: Reporter: “Arsene a good win today and a cracking goal from Luis” AW: Yes, he… Read more »
“It isn’t all negro for Arsenal as they come back to win.” What the fuck?
Negro=Black (color symbolic for doom and gloom, as media love to overhype our negatives) Get it? 🙂
my my so sensitive….
I really hope we sign Suarez. All these mumblings about morals and ethics of football just irks the crap out of me. No one was talking ethics when City and Chelsea blantantly bought the league title. Sign Suarez and Arsenal will maintain a stronger title challenge this season.
Luis Suarez is not the hero Arsenal deserves, but he is the hero we need right now.
He is a silent guardian.
The Dark Kni- sorry I got carried away there.
More like we signed the Joker.
You mean the Vampire of Uruk-hai.
No opponent will be safe when Suarez is on the pitch.
Lol!!
Hannibal Lecter?
The Dark Bite. although I doubt he’d like to be called dark.
More like Overbite
Really?? Are you at all award of what you have just written Gerald? Firstly there was a huge debate over ethics of City and Chelsea buying the league. Secondly, whilst I don’t agree with their methods, spending exorbitant amounts of money isn’t actually illegal, just distasteful, however it is in no way a similar moral dilemma to signing a player who showed no remorse for his racist behaviour. It’s very sad that the craving for trophies makes supporters disregard common decency.
There is no condoning racism. Education is a key part of correcting racist behaviour. If he is to join the Arse, he should be made the poster boy for anti-racism in some way.
What I’m going to say next is going to be contentious. Being part of a majority white Liverpool team, he wouldn’t have had to face up to his behaviour in the same way that he would in a multi-cultural Arsenal squad. Sagna would boot him in the face if he was out of line.
The problem is you couldn’t make Suarez a poster boy for the anti racism campaign as it would be deemed a token gesture to improve his personal image. The anti racism campaign is far more important than Suarez and shouldn’t be used for promotional purposes.
Even if it was totally genuine cynics would see it that way. The fact is, if the man (and the player) learns from it and Arsenal are the ones who did it, it’s great for the club.
And say it is a token gesture, getting a convicted racist to say that racism is bad can only be a good thing.
Fair point Madin
he is not a convicted racist. he is guilty of using racially offensive language in the course of a football match with tensions and heart rates rising to 120bpm. according to f.a rules he has got his punishment and served his ban. Labelling someone a racist is a very serious accusation mind you. The word “negrito” inside a football game does not a persona a racist make. perhaps silly , perhaps angry, pwrhaps wrong….but RACIST? off your horse please….as if you know the person to call him such a terrible thing.
Cheers midfield corporal.
Nassau, yes you are right. Apparently even Evra said he’s not a racist in his testimony. That was little bit an error in phrasing rather than online horse riding.
I think we’ve earned the right to spend exorbitantly considering all we’ve endured to get to where we are.. This is money we’ve made through a sustainable means not having to take on a Sugar daddy and being left to rot when diabetes sets it..Leeds?
midfield corporal, tone it down a bit with your disgraceful comments on our potential new striker yes? you lowlife uneducated peasants tagging people just cause media say so…. ” he showed no remorse for his comments on Evra” ??????????/ oh do ef off…. it takes two to tango you know..evra said some things too you know…
Nassau, I assume you were a vocal minority of Arsenal fans standing shoulder to shoulder in support of Suarez when he was being unjustly persecuted? Or we’re you calling him a racist cunt? Let me guess.
If you think anything Evra said justifies Suarez using racial language then that says something about your attitude to racism and how seriously you take it. If your lucky we may make an offer for John Terry to cover our central defensive crisis.
why would I call a player I deeply appreciate a racist whatever? just cause uk media say so? sorry buddy, I don’t believe those crooks, neither do I believe Evra. John terry is definitely a cunt nodoubt about it.
oh I see …so evra who was getting dominated on the pitch can provoke suarez freely but as soon as suarez puts him at his place then evra can run to the headmasters and get him banned? is that how racism works? wonderful…and there I thought that racial discrimination has to do with equal rights to employment education and healthcare…..
Oh right, you choose to believe its all a conspiracy? Why would they do that then? They are more likely to sweep it under the carpet as it doesn’t do their ‘brand’ any good.
Look we’ll agree to disagree, if what is being reported is true Bale is close to agreeing a new contract which allows him to join Madrid next summer, in which case Madrid will probably take great pleasure in swiping Suarez from under our noses.
Spot on mate. He’ll never be ours and will probably want to leave after a few years but we know that. Better than “one of ours” breaking our heart. A marriage of convenience if you will.
I agree with Liverpool in that he owes them for the support that they have given him. BUT a £20 million profit is pretty good compensation for that support.
I also don’t think he’s worth 50m.
It’s not just about “morals and ethics of football” in isolation as though those with reservations about Suarez are nothing more than hopelessly naive idealists. This is a player who we could end up spending £50 million or more on. From a cold-eyed, pragmatic viewpoint, it’s reasonable to consider the unusually high risk in signing a player for that amount of money who gets himself banned for long and important parts of a season and then chomps his way to the exit door whenever he feels he deserves to be at a bigger club. Then there are the other pragmatic… Read more »

and while it rumbles, arguably the better, cheaper (!) option is getting settled into his role at Napoli..

work banter’s getting ridiculous now!
He was not a better option. He is good but not worth 31m.
Unfortunately market sets the price. Seeing Suarez is for 50m and Higuain for 31m one must think the 22m for Fellaini is pretty good deal. Dont we need a player like him? I say buy fellaini for 22m and solid striker to compete with Giroud for 20m and cheap GK and CB as squad players rather than 50m for that cunt. And yes he is a cunt. 2 months ago we would all sing about how Suarez is the biggest cunt there ever was and now because he is a target we just call him divey and bitey and some… Read more »
not all…only the stupid would talk badly about Suarez.
Yeah I just don’t get Arsenal. Pay a little bit over the odds for Higauin, who isn’t a massive cunt, or pay massively over the odds for Suarez, who comes with a load of baggage and won’t stay anyway? Surely the former was the only sensible decision. He was ours if he wanted him, and we fucked it up. Just like we did with Mata. I’m generally positive about Arsene and the way the club is run, but this summer has really tested that. It’s hard to defend it now. You have to ask why we can’t do these deals?… Read more »
I know, we need a good striker, even if it is this guy. However, as much as I don’t care if Liverpool suffers because their top player leaves, but it is the same thing that happened to us with the Stupid Crutchman.
I personally feel that loyalty pays you in the longer run and Suarez’s club has clearly backed him and supported him in tougher times, as did Arsenal to their former betrayers.
But our need is such,…we are victims of circumstances.
Deluded. Arsenal are on the up, Liverpool are standing water, get out before you get out while you can Luis, just don’t bring that nasty shit with you
I’m drunk
Go home RodGoonerInTtown. 😉
Rogers is gonna end up with football pie all over his face. The proof is in the pudding, and the pudding in this case……….is a football!!
I still can’t bring myself to believe that Arsene Wenger has bid 40,000,001 pounds for a player. If we do end up paying the 50M figure being bandied about, we’d break the f**king british transfer record. F*ck me.
We should leave this saga to one side and try and sign Defoe…..
I was of course joking happy people….
Don’t…..do that again please.
Was cursing at my laptop for a while before I saw your follow up comment
I agree, this deal will be a long affair. All involved parties will take stances to appease their constituency. I pray this deal quickly gets resolved.
Keeping my fingers crossed that we don’t buy this bad egg.
Lets face it. We ain’t getting Suarez or anyone else!
A quick look at the footballing money stats will tell you why Luis would want to swap (http://www.deloitte.com/view/en_GB/uk/industries/sportsbusinessgroup/sports/football/deloitte-football-money-league/d7b295aa0c415310VgnVCM1000001a56f00aRCRD.htm). They may still be a “big club” but they clearly in decline. Seems like the Liverpool directors and the manager are living in the past, much like a lot of the fans I know. Personally I don’t want Suarez as he is a bitey racist but on footballing talent alone you can’t deny how good he is. Surely there are other players we could buy who would cost less and wouldn’t take a bite out of others? I’m not gonna start naming… Read more »
The Mail did an article about what Rodgers said and it had a list of stats related to both clubs. Liverpool have won more trophies of course but in everything else Arsenal are the much bigger club. We also have a better team than them and with us in the Champion’s League and Liverpool not even in the Europa, I see no reason for him not to join Arsenal.
Liverpool won more trophies in the seventies and eighties.
Arsenal became a big trophy winning team earlie and longer than Johnny Come Lately Liverpool.
Liverpool are back to their level after the 70s and 80s blip
Normally new signings bring me excitement, Suarez not so much. No doubting his footballing talent but I can see us being royally screwed over when he wins the golden boot, CL, PL, etc with us and thinks he is bigger than Arsenal.
If he wins us the CL and PL then wants to go that would be ideal…. get most if not all the fee back and have 2 trophies to add to this summers Emirates cup….
premier league and champions league for £40-50m?
yep, i’ll take that now, thanks
The quadruple is on!
Add the prestigious Emirates Cup and we will have a quintiple.
Brenden Rodgers is a funny man..
any they have funny fans too… joke club?
Well, if so, it’s a bloody awful joke.
A close look at Suarez’s teeth and I see he has the potential to bite off anyone’s nose off. Arsene must be buying him as a precaution not to bite our players when playing against scoussers.
Suarez mate,
If you really want to leave, just write up a letter.
I’ve got an old one here you can use if you like
I have kept quiet all this time out of respect and loyalty…
This made me Laugh.. You cunt!
I see what you did there…..you cu…it’s not worth it.
So sick and tired of our transfer deals…Arsenal’s always seem to take forever and eventually doesn’t happen…wat happens to other areas of the team?well let’s watch and hope tinz gets better dz tym around.
I still don’t entirely understand the fixation with splurging up to £50 million on a striker, which may well be what it takes to get Suarez. I’ve said my piece on this player in particular and don’t intend to revisit that, but the more general point is: given how often we talk about the lack of class or depth in this position or that position, it may make more sense to spread our money a little more across the pitch rather than trying to stun the world with one massive marquee signing. I don’t mean we buy seven more Gervinhos… Read more »
Couldn’t agree more, Fellani and Soldado would cost £47M to meet their buy out clauses and leave enough money to buy a quality centre back and cheap, experienced goal keeper.
Here Here. Seems Arsene’s putting all his eggs in one buck-toothed, Nasri-looking basket.
Mumblings of a delusional coach I’d say. Why won’t u swap for Liverpool for arsenal? How about we’ve been closer to the top than they’ve ever been for the last decade. That being said a transfer request should catalyse this deal. And yes its time morals took a back seat and we won something.
It’s “The Arsenal” in uppercase and liverpool in lower case.
Luiz Suarez deserves more than what he is going through at Liverpool. He is in need of top flight soccer experience and only ARSENAL can give him that. Just come to the emirates dude
We see this time and time again…when there is a BIG fee involved, no club will keep a player if they are unhappy and are pushing for a move. We as Arsenal fans unfortunately know that all too well. Suarez is GONE! Whether it be to Arsenal or somewhere else…there is no way he is playing for LFC again. Based on all the comments I’ve been reading on various blogs, half the LFC fans are already against him. Unless Liverpool are completely stupid…they should sell him quickly and heavily invest all that money in 2 quality signings. Better option, IMO,… Read more »
Sick of this already and I would rather eat my own eyes than see this beaver, diving, racist, arm munching twat in our team.
Arsene what are you thinking????
Not sure this will end well for Liverpool as the longer it goes on the harder it will be to get quality to spend the money they will receive on if eventually a deal is done. If he stays, they get a disgruntled and unhappy player.
Joke (not relevant, but hey)
Wayne Rooney has asked for a transfer.
David Moyes has asked for it in writing.
So that’s the end of that, then.
I just don’t know why I keep waking at odd hours to check if we ve signed anyone. With the way things are going I could as well expect a 20 clap thunder salute or something. I mean I wouldn’t need the internet, would I?
Can we move on from this twat? Completely bored of it.
Right no fucking around now. Like when $ity signed Robinho for £35m, signing Suarez is more about a statement of intent now than the player you get.
After all our ‘loadsawonga’ posturing we’re going to look proper mugs if Sonogo is the only player we end up with having very publicly failed to capture 2 big players.
Sign him at whatever price (we got re money to do it) and let thpublicly know we’re serious about contending for honours.
Can’t imagine that just because we don’t hear about other names in the media, there’s not any negotiations going on behind the scenes. If anything this Suarez saga distracts the press enough to do other business quietly!
Can you believe English is my first language. Sorry about that.
Liverpool have him wrapped up in a 3 year deal with a release clause attached that means nothing. What was his agent smoking when his client signed that worthless piece of shit ? For fuck sake another cock up and time to look around for another striker probably…..
I am sure Liverpools team of Lawyers fully understand the contract and Suarez has been duped. If I were him I would be furious with the agent Pere (or whatever he is called) really fucked up.
Are Brendan Rodgers and Liverpool fans the most delusional ever?
Right up there in joint first place with the Spuds!
It has been a long eight years. Now that we have lost Higuain it has made me realise how much I want Arsenal to sign a quality striker. My morals are slowly falling away and I’m finding myself longing for Suarez to join the team and help us win things. I really don’t think he will because as soon as Real Madrid bid for him he’ll go there. I’m staring at myself in the mirror, dressed only in my Arsenal shirt, and I don’t know if I like what I see anymore. What I do know is that I badly… Read more »

Maybe you should put your underpants on
Why do they always say a player is still under contract if someone wants to but that said player. Isn’t it quite obvious since players not under contract are free agents and can go where they want?
Ca sera sera, whatever will be will be, can someone wake me up when we’ve actually signed a fucking player please, ca sera sera.
que?
Well, this is really a fairly standard response in these situations. Arsene said the exact same things before the sales of Cunt, Cunt, and other Cunt. Liverpool are going to want to take this line in order to get maximum buck. I guess you can’t really blame them for that, the cunts. What is going to really decide this, in my opinion, is what happens from Suarez’s camp. The transfer request will presumably forfeit his selling-on bonuses and probably other things tied into his contract, so that makes the deal more fortuitous for the Mugs. The way I see it,… Read more »
Well said, Mick. And excellent use of the word cunt.
we might sign him(if possible) before the deadline, as they might need some time to use that money to buy some for them-self. Look what happened to them last time around when they waited until lost moment to sell Tores, they end-up buying Andy Carroll for 35mil.
Brilliant picture blogs!
as an arsenal fan and I’m embarrased by this transfer farce this summer
Mr Wenger,Stan Gazidis, Dick Law and Silent Stan have a lot to answer for!
If Arsenal sign Suarez, imagine how many times Wenger will have to say “I didn’t see the incident…”
Heh I just saw your comment, read mine near the top. 😀
To be honest doesn’t anyone else remember when lfc dragged on selling their star striker late they ended up with Andy pandy
Do you think they will give us £35 000 000 for Bendtner?
He won’t be available.
Suarez is turning up for talks, expecting coffee and a danish.
It’s 40,000,000 or no deal for TGSTEL!….oh, wait! Shit!!
I would be happy if LUIS stay ….
I’m not a fan of Suarez but the transfer is far more logical than people have deemed it to be. Higuain, Madrid reject, can’t have been any good if they were desperate to flog him. Also, Suarez is a proven goal scorer in the prem: Higuain would have had to assimilate. If we look at the calibre of available striking options, Suarez is way up there – Robin Van Skunk aside, he is the best striker in the league. Finally, not to over simplify things, but if we were to add his goals to our prem tally we would have… Read more »
I was more in the anti-Suarez camp but your reply was so well-put I am warming up a lot more to the idea 🙂
Surely his agent has a copy of the contract. Surely or lawyers would have seen it. I’m very confused.
What with Liverpool yelling from rooftop, I don’t think we will be ready to hazard a third rejected bid. I guess this might wait until Liverpool will send their feelers back.
Sergeant Rogers knows quite well he has lost the battle already, they are just hanging on the tread to get an increased offer. What they fears that suarez might submit transfer request and that’s why he is talking about loyalty. Am suarez agent knows better when it comes clause in a contract. The mug smasher are more luckier than us when we are faced with v.persie imbroglio last summer. DON’T BE A SAD MAN FOR LIFE B.ROGER THE WALL BEHIND SO HANDS UP.
Theres a slight air of desperation to brendan rodgers. I can see this transfer getting really dirty snd when will it get too dirty for arsrnal.
