With all the talk about Giroud/Arteta/Ramsey, I’ll admit I kind of forgot we have a pretty decent team left. Now is the time for Alexis and Ozil to shine – if they pull it off, we’re sorted. Oh, and a cameo + goal from Sanogo in the dying minutes while we’re 4-0 up would be lovely, too.

Good team, definitely worth giving Alexis another go up top. Liking the bench too, there’s a lot of attacking there if we need to push for a goal, including Rosicky who can up the tempo if we’re a bit slow.
Love Alexis but would of loved him advanced forward right and Cavani up top. Oh well…..COYG!!!!

Solid bench. Goal threat, Chambers as all round defensive cover, Coquelin is useful, Rosicky is useful regardless of the situation (protecting a lead or chasing the game), Podolski with the finishing prowess, Campbell with the pace and jinkery. Feeling good.

I hope Jack takes his chance today and delivers a good game. I want him to succeed, but i dont think we can give him infinite chances either, then it is better to let him out on Loan somewhere and let him find his feet there instead of in the first team.

I was hoping to see Podolski start today, as we’re missing Theo, Ramsey and Giroud, our three consistent goal scorers. Ah well, guess he’ll come off the bench, score the winner, and then get put on the bench again. It wouldn’t be the first time.
Either that or we’ll have to rely on Ozil providing Alexis with a few amazing passes. Certainly not a bad plan.
