Per probably isn’t too bad.. Might not be able to get anymore games this season(only because there isn’t many games left) but if he’s walking on it , even with a protective cast/boot thingy , he isn’t too bad.
Just like when Jack limped off in the Emirates cup. Or Giroud limped off against Everton. Or Ozil limped off on international duty. But this time it’ll be fine!
Speaking from experience, you can walk with the boot immediately after tearing ligaments or your peroneos muscle (right beside you achillies tendon). This might be an issue for Per…

With that said I love Per, but I don’t trust him in big games in the Prem. Hate to say it but we may be better of without him against Chelsea. Our big German has many redeeming qualities, and most teams can’t punish his lack of pace, but against the big boys they know how to isolate him. Unfortunately the tittles gone, but we have to make sure we don’t lose this game. Too often we go out against Chelsea and lose the game trying too hard to win. Wenger said Mertesacker’s ankle injury “doesn’t look too good.” Then again, it could be a psychology tactic to confuse the cunts over who plays.
The more ‘behind the scenes’ footage I see of The Arsenal the more Steve Bould looks like that hard man the hero always accidentally bumps into in every American depiction of an English pub.
It’s already on YouTube and ridiculously, it doesn’t show the Liverpool players re-entering after the match! It shows the Villa ones coming in celebrating, but cuts out before any Liverpool players arrive.
