Serge Gnabry has expressed his delight at his season long loan move to West Brom, saying he’s hoping to get enough playing time to develop further as a player.
The exciting winger has seen his career hit something of a roadblock due to injury, and a loan spell at a Premier League club is just what he needs.
“I’m very delighted by the move,” the Germany Under-21 international told the official West Brom website.
“I see the opportunity that I can play, it’s a good club and I’ve heard good things.
“I’m very happy that I’ve signed here. I’ve got good impressions and I feel it’s a good environment for me to play and also develop as a player.”
Gnabry becomes the latest loan mover, following Chuba Akpom, Dan Crowley, Jon Toral, and Isaac Hayden all going out, with Joel Campbell, just back from holidays, expected to do likewise.
I hope that this football player can play football at this club so that he can come back and be good at football for Arsenal football club.
Remember him bossing Westbrom away sometime in 2013-14 season. Must be a contributing factor to this signing.
Who woulda thought i’d be watching a TP side closely in 2015!

cute highlights. especially the end. that stare (and hair) from Bendtner.
Really hope he gnabs a starting place
If he does, I’m worried that I might get a gnu opinion of Mr Pulis.
Gno way.
Gna.
Here’s to hoping he gets a serge in playing time at his gnew temporary club!
On an unrelated note, John Terry is still a total gnob.
Does this mean we have to watch West Brom games? Well anyway, Come on Gnabry, we’re all behind you! In line to boff. Just kidding, I mean we support you. Fire The Baggies into fourth ahead of Manure and Liverpool!
the perk of having players loaned out, beside the platform it gives to our raw talents, is we fans have more matches to watch, so more fun. akpom n toral scored one each today, hayden played some solid football too.
I’m expecting to see some great football from Gnabry in the league this season. I think he’s really go what it takes.
Also nice to see that Akpom immediately got his first proper competitive goal today. And it seems Hayden played the full match for them as well, and in midfield to boot. Lets hope some of these youngsters can give Wenger a selection headache next summer.
FYI fam Toral and Akpom both scored today.
I keep forgetting he still so young.
He will definitely benefit from the loan.
Good luck serge but feck me get in the swans. Poor jose is not happy. It would never have happened if they had Betr Cech.
Chelsea match just not funny enough!!!
just watched the highlights of the championship and it seems the Jon Toral and Chuba akpom started their loans with goals. hopefully he will follow the trend and it will continue to the end of the season.
dear Arseblog
In light of the number of exciting loanees, might I suggest a more regular “Loan Watch” feature this year?
A bit off topic, currently watching the Valencia v Roma friendly and u have to say I really can’t see Szceney getting back in the arsenal team. Just doesn’t look solid enough, doesn’t command his area. Cech’s going to make some difference this season.

Theo walcott starts but crawls down in agony after 5 minutes as Alexis emerges from his stomach like in Alien and the monster feasts on the flesh of westham defenders before striking the ball through the heart of Adrian into the back of the net
If this is what you expect from your football you must be bitterly disappointed everytime you watch. Although I look forward to this option in FIFA 17
Check google for “humour” you might one day find it a pleasant surprise
I hear there are four of them…
Thanks for the thumbs down Sepp Blatter but we want world cup in Chile not fucking Russia you crazy old fool
Sepp go to bed I know these days you piss yourself but your nurse has said the potty is under the bed so kindly go and relieve yourself before the neighbours underneath get a soaking of your corrupt urine
His first contribution will be a hat trick against city.
Remember he soared to the first team at a stage – fell back with returning players – and then got an injury.
I think this is a fantastic move!
This kid is has world class potential.
