Same here, and Giroud despite the week he’s had. They are both strong and combative players that I imagine is needed against a team like stoke. Somewhat worried we might get bullied out of it up front…fuck that, COYG!

What is Wenger doing? Square pegs into round holes. Why not play our only true CF? Why not play Walcott in the position we all know he is best in, right wing? Or for that matter, why not start the Ox, who at least offers some unpredictability. I see a 0-0 from this match, with a lot of tipi-tapi without any real penetration in the final third.
Walcott might be playing right, Alexis central and Özil left, with Santi at number 10 and Rambo alongside Coquelin. I kind of doubt it, but let’s at least see how they line up before criticising.
But that would be just as bad – we all know Ramsey + Coq in the middle doesn’t work. Ozil on the left neither. It’s just typical Wenger, trying to shoehorn in as many CAMs as possible.
Ozil on the left is equally bad though. But let’s not be daft mate, this is beyond predictable it’s obviously Walcott through the middle. I don’t like the look of it if I’m honest, this hasn’t worked since the start of the season why Wenger is persisting; I only hope the results will speak for itself.
Seemed to work ok for the goal.

Ermm I saw the game and I saw his name on the lineup. But wad struggling to see him on the pitch or Pedro for that matter. Maybe it is in world class strikers’ skill set to be invisible for 90 minutes? Don’t know
More relevant, where was their defence? We had some on here telling us that their defence was a machine and we’d only win the league with a top striker to score more goals than them because it was impossible to have a better defensive setup than them!
I know they’ll get better, but hopefully we will as well.

Ramsay on the right, Walcott up front? Stop playing players out of their best position! Walcott will score more goals coming off the right with his pace facing goal as opposed to trying to find pockets behind the defence with his back to goal. Giroud’s confidence isn’t gonna get better sitting on the bench.
