Hey, it’s an Interlull and there’s not much going on, but Alex Iwobi has just done something for Nigeria that’s well worth a watch.
Playing against Algeria this afternoon, he’s just produced this:

Blimey! Can we have one of those at Old Trafford, over Rooney, followed by spanking it into the net from 35 yards?
Cheers, no pressure.
The noise I made, absolute blasphemy.
I could do that
Yea we know, but we ain’t interested
Fifa?
He’s hanging out with jay jay okocha too much
It’s not such a hard thing to hang out with your uncle right?
Dude! 0_o
ref had already blown the whistle 🙁
This comment ruined it.
He wasn’t aware though
The ref ruined it!
The ref took the stuffing out of the move. And saved the poor Algerian bloke some blushes. This might have been mike dean’s incarnate
Here’s some even better Iwobi news:
“Alex Iwobi would reject Barcelona to stay with Arsenal – father”
“I see him being with Arsenal for very many, many years.”

Only one man used to do that in the green and white jersey
That’s fucking savage.
“Ohhh my word”
No match report this weekend 🙁 We have to watch Iwobi’s flick instead. Well, as a Nigerian, I’m happy we won but I can’t wait for the break to be over, too many scary news already
First touch as well. Jesus.
Sheer class! Amazes me when I see or read folks raving on and on about Rashford being the most promising young player to be world class. Doubt the dude got half the natural talent Iwobi’s got! This young lad is unique and what a jolly good feeling he is thoroughbred Gooner.
The cheer when he did that flick was heard round the town
That was splendid
It has to be said that he brought his recent Arsenal form home. Which wasn’t particularly great because his game was average, by his standards. I’m wondering if he’s not being over-used. And at the same time, I’m worried that resting him might mean bench for a long time, if his replacement clicks.
A touch of the Jay-Jay Okocha there?
