Arsene Wenger has revealed the latest team news as Arsenal begin their defence of the FA Cup on Sunday.
The Gunners travel to the City Ground to take on Nottingham Forest, and as ever with cup games there’s likely to be some rotation from the Premier League squad.
With a numbers of injuries to deal with already, there’s a new problem for Granit Xhaka who won’t take part.
“From before Chelsea, nothing has changed,” he said. “Kolasinac, Koscielny, Monreal, Ramsey, Giroud are all out.
“From Wednesday night we certainly lose Granit Xhaka, who finished with a tight groin.
“I will rotate a little bit because play three games in six days.”
The manager will likely call upon players like Danny Welbeck, Francis Coquelin, Mathieu Debuchy, and perhaps even Theo Walcott despite the fact he’s been linked with a move away from the club.
Get all the second team in and rest the rest, we will still have plenty enough to be able to win.

Would like to see ANM in his best position even just for a half. If Xhaka has a problem and might need resting I’d rather see ANM in there as we already know what the others have to offer.

We’ve got squad depth, which is pleasing, but that’s still five out of our (not without debate) first team injured. Few years ago that would constitute a crisis. Hope the team doesn’t underestimate what’s still a Championship side.
Good luck welbeck. I’d like to see us sell you and buy a proper striker. Was underwhelmed with the link, underwhelmed when you signed and still underwhelmed as you miss them.
Much as I’ve loved your highest scoring seasons with us with your magical shoulder and shin I’ll be glad to see you move on.
We needed an extra striker, signed you and still needed that extra striker. Says everything.
