How does Jenkinson not even make the bench? He wasn’t bad in the Europa League games, and if I recall correctly, he put in a good shift at CB once as well.
I rate him higher than Lichenstiener at the moment.

This is all good news. Fulham are also using a 2 man midfield so good chance Xhaka and Gwen will gain the upper hand. Both of whom like fizzing the ball into the strikers.

5 at the back because that suits our fullbacks best, abd protects oyr CBs who are not that great. Kolasinac unleashed at LWB is major part of our attack.
Makes sense. The defence must regain confidence.
5 at the back is also 3 at the back. People overrate how much it really matters.
Remember the old trick, when the worst part of your team is the defence, overload the pitch with defenders.
Let’s hope we can contain Sessegnon/Mitrovic…
Mitrovic is exactly the type of striker we struggle with.

Gonna need to score goals to make up for defensive mistakes. So good to see both forwards on.
We suck at playing out from the back. It’s almost as if Unai tells his players to just play from the back without giving them any clear instructions on how to do it. We also suck at pressing! Again no clear strategy on how to press. We’ve gotten worse in both aspects since the beginning of the season. Defensively, we keep making the exact same mistakes no matter the personnel, which leads me to believe that it’s a coaching issue.
