The Premier League have confirmed the provisional dates and times for all 380 games of the upcoming 2020/21 season which starts on 12 September.
Arsenal’s first test in 24 days time will be against Fulham at Craven Cottage. We’ll then face West Ham at the Emirates and Liverpool at Anfield. Games against Sheffield United, Manchester City, Leicester and Manchester United make up a tough start for Mikel Arteta’s side.
The first North London derby of the season will happen at White Hart Lane on 5 December with the return fixture in mid-March. We take on Chelsea on Boxing Day and end the season with a home game against Brighton.
Due to Covid-19, the season will kick-off behind-closed-doors but there are hopes that supporters will be reintroduced bit-by-bit as the campaign wears on.
Arsenal are yet to confirm ticketing details for the new season but are known to be formulating plans.

Good first game to start our campaign. First two games are vital before Liverpool test
Why do we always get Liverpool in the first three games? I know we have to play them at some stage, but every year? The RNG needs a reboot.
Away at Liverpool behind closed doors is a bonus. Their crowd is worth a goal.
Possibly, but it’s the other goals they probably will score that worries me!
But at least this time Anfield will be empty
Anfield is anyway a library. So doesn’t matter
I like this schedule to be honest. Playing last season’s top 3 team all away by the end of October. In Christmas period, we have the mid table teams (chance to get some points in that congested period)…and last 12 games are relatively easier.
Last season we had Man City, Wolves, Leicester, Spuds and Liverpool in our last 10 league games. This year it’s much better. So I am quietly optimistic!
I like these fixtures. All the big away games are early on in the season while stadiums are still likely to be empty.
Will all games be televised as per the restart games?
Unfortunately not. I think the broadcasters have already said that tv matches in the UK will be back to normal. This is despite the government wanting them to show all games.
Well that sucks. And to think they could if they really wanted to…
Get yourself a VPN and a cheap subscription to NBC Sports and watch the games that way. Fuck Sky, Fuck BT Sport and Fuck the Premier League.
Smash Liverpool, City and Manu early doors on their turf to let everyone know we’re back in town and en route to Premier League glory it is then!
Today the Premiership, tomorrow the world. Arteta’s probably got the maps out already.
Once we sign Partey, Aouar, Gabriel, Ceballos, Messi etc. etc. then yeh
Snuck that last one in, did you?
If Leicester and Sheffield Utd are as good as last season that’s a tough start.
October may well define our season……we really need to compete from the off..
It’ll make a change from August and September defining our season then…
Season run in seems decent. But tricky October and November
I had to think waaay too long about who came up to find those teams in these fixtures. They just seemed to blend in
Leeds didn’t stick out?
Glad we have a tough october. Hopefully our board will now get our transfer deals done early instead of deadline day to get new-comers some time to gel with our players.
We need to get our transfers done asap then, for the new players to settle in and them run riot on the so called top teams
Glad we have the matches against liverpool, man utd, man city and tottenham away during the start of season with the closed doors. Hopefully when they face us at Emirates the crowd should be back to stadium.
After the wins against Pool (there wasn’t much in it for them), ManC, Chelsea recently and earlier some excellent performances against ManU, Leicester, Spuds, ofcourse interspersed with performances such as against Brighton, we can be optimistic about games against the top 6 sides.
Thankfully the Europa League doesn’t start for us till late Oct.
If we’re still there or thereabouts by the end of March the run in looks pretty good.
emery agrees.
It’s a simple task win all the games. We are the only team with such capacity
A cunning plan, fiendish in its simplicity
With just one tiny flaw.
W23 D10 L5 – and 3rd place! Dependant on transfer dealings.
Spoiler alert!
Is it me or does it always appear like we’ve got more away games than home games?!?
When I went on longish bike rides, there was always a headwind going out and coming back.
With the away fixtures get some valuable points awqy, Turn the Emirates to a fortress with good signings . We are going somewhere.
Excellent!
Let’s hope Chambers is back for Fulham and he scores a hat trick as we pummel them 8-0!
Hopefully he’s playing for us and not them in your scenario.
Looking at this makes you realise how tough the prem is. Jeeze
We’ll win the league at Stamford Bridge. You heard it here first!
26/09/2020 15:00 Liverpool (a)
03/10/2020 15:00 Sheffield United (h)
17/10/2020 15:00 Manchester City (a)
24/10/2020 15:00 Leicester City (h)
31/10/2020 15:00 Manchester United (a)
Those 5 gameweeks likely to our pace for the season.
*likely to set our pace
yeah it’s quite brutal isn’t it
12 months ago the thought of our team playing that lot was terrifying but now I’m thinking bring it on…
Tough start but a good early test for the team. Obviously, we may have some new faces – and lose old ones – before the kick off, but we should get an idea of how things are improving (if they are) after the first ten games or so. No news on crowd attendance yet, presumably all BCD until further notice.
Winning the league against West Brom. Guard of honour at Stamford Bridge.
And then you woke up?
