Guess if something happens to White or/ and Gabriel we would have to move Tomi inside and bring on Cedric or play either Xhaka or Elneny there and bring on Sambi. Not perfect but shouldn‘t be an excuse not to get the 3 points today.

I’m delighted to see Tavares start instead of Cedric. Tavares is exciting, decent going forward, looking for a through ball or to pick a pass keeping the ball on the turf, unlike, as you said, Cedric’s crosses into no man’s land.
