All six of Arsenal’s Premier League fixtures in October have been rescheduled due to a combination of broadcast selections and our Europa League commitments.
The return of Thursday night football at the carpet means the majority of our weekend matches before Christmas will be played on Sundays, whether they have been selected for TV or not.
In October, four matches will be on TV in the UK – you’ll need three separate subscriptions to watch and a substantial loan to pay for the electricity required to power your flatscreen – while the other two games will have everybody scrabbling around looking for dodgy streams like it’s 2002.
While it’s a novelty for fixtures to be rearranged this far in advance – a good thing for travelling Gooners, for sure – it’s worth bearing in mind that the City game could still move. Arsenal state that a definitive time won’t be confirmed until after the end of the Champions League group stages.

One of the toughest months for us, given having to play Liverpool and City.
Though fortunately the other opposition are all sh*te.
I always want to know about the picture at the top if this article. I can’t date it and don’t recognise any of the players. (You can see the chimney of the laundry that used to be behind the North Bank).
