It’s too painful to talk about the game – a last-minute loss as disappointing as any I’ve attended (on a par with Jack Charlton scoring the late winner at Elland Road in 1971). Very interesting thoughts on the Emirates becoming the permanent home of the women’s team. To be honest I’ve always preferred the intimacy of Meadow Park but accept that we are outgrowing it.
