Confirmed: Nikolaj Moller joins St. Gallen in permanent deal

Swiss side St Gallen have confirmed the permanent signing of young Arsenal striker Nikolaj Moller.

The Sweden under-20 international joined the Gunners in October 2020 and featured 20 times for the club’s under-21s before joining German third-tier outfit Viktoria Koln on loan.

He was subsequently loaned to German side Den Bosch for the second half of the 21/22 campaign and then extended his stay for another season.

Prior to joining Arsenal, the 20-year-old played for Malmo and Bologna.

Reflecting on the deal, St Gallen’s Head of Sport, Alain Sutter, said: “We are happy that Nikolaj has signed a long-term contract with us. He is young and can develop optimally with us.”

Best of luck to Nikolaj in his new surroundings.

Best he moved on. Had an extra dimension in attack at youth level, but was never prolific for us. Best of luck to him

Den Bosch are Dutch, not German.

A Different George

In contrast to the Bosch who are German if you are in the French Resistance.

Did we make any money from this?? Like even a million would pay a month of Havertz salary

Bramble

If no fee is mentioned it’s very likely that this was a free transfer. Very common for academy players.

Death by 300,000 Passes

Transfermarkt values him at 300k, so one month of salary sounds quite optimistic.
