Arsenal have confirmed that the Carabao Cup 4th Round tie against West Ham United will be played on Wednesday 1st November at 7.30pm.
The match has been selected for broadcast in the UK by Sky Sports and comes between Premier League matches at home to Sheffield United and away at Newcastle.
We’re trying to think of something that affords us a chance to string this article out into another paragraph or two.
Oh…how’s this? Theoretically, the match will be Declan Rice’s first opportunity to face his old club. That’s if he’s fit and/or not rested.
Given the way Arsenal’s players are dropping like flies, we may well be fielding supporters by the time we head to the East End.
To everyone complaining about our CC draw…
Please see our CL group table.
I’ll play! Will even give up booze for a month and go for a few warmup runs. You’re welcome, Arsenal.
I played against Kovacic in youth caregories but im not giving up booze
It’s only been 31 years since my last match played, and I’m still fit enough to referee U15 4th division girls games. Put me in goal!
We need this to keep quadruple hopes alive – quintuple including Community Shield.
Can still get 2000 to 1 odds for this. Was 2500 to 1.
Obviously, we all agree any or all of the other three are more important. Also they are harder. We will not face any of the three teams that are better than us (City, Bayern, Madrid) in the League Cup.
Barca and Liverpool I’d also like to avoid
It’s good that Newcastle plays on same day away to manure
Typical that Newcastle got the easy draw before we have to play them.
