The downvotes on here are just baffling.
Feels like we’re a really top class forward that can play across the front three (or a top class striker to allow Jesus to also play wide at times) from a near perfect squad (really heavy reliance on Jesus, Saka and Martinelli). #8 is the other spot, but maybe we have internal solutions there (ESR/Vieira developing, Kai takes the step forward, Timber returning to free up Zinny for the role). Bloody good team though.
I’d agree with that, but add another midfielder to replace Thomas as he’s hardly ever available.

You jinxed them. Right after you posted that, Sevilla picked up a red card, then folded up like a road map, allowed a goal, then scored an own goal, and then conceded again in the 93rd minute to lose 2-3. Spursy as possible, the bastards.

Might have been a good idea to start Ramsdale in this one. Give him 90+ minutes, get his confidence (AND HIS VALUE) up a bit. Lift his spirits (and the squad’s) a notch. Everyone wins!

He’s on his way out mate. Arteta’s reaction to his first mistake v brentford, that says it all really, and then he can’t even bring himself to mention Ramsdale name in the post match presser.
One thing is certain, Ramsdale is coming out all this a lot more dignified than Arteta. I know I’ll get pelters but that’s my opinion.
