At his best, Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand is one of the most talented youngsters in the Arsenal academy setup, but injuries have often prevented the midfielder from showcasing his ability.
Salah-Eddine, who can play in various midfield positions and has also been used out wide, is currently on loan at Den Bosch but has only made 12 appearances this season after struggling with injury.
Last week there was a significant moment for the 20-year-old as he scored his first senior goal against Willem II, and it is hoped that he will be able to enjoy a strong conclusion to the campaign.
Salah-Eddine had a loan spell at Hull City last season, with the deal including an option to buy. That, though, didn’t materialise as the loan was ended early as he didn’t play a single game due to injury problems.
Previously capped by the Netherlands at U17 level, Salah-Eddine has been on the bench for the Arsenal first-team for competitive fixtures but despite the quality that he possesses, his long-term future appears to lie away from the club.
If he can continue to make an impact for Den Bosch then plenty of clubs are likely to be interested in signing Salah-Eddine permanently this summer.

Best wishes, hope he can make it!
I am curious why Jeorge always refers to this guy always by his first name (Salah-Eddine), rather than his family name (Oulad M’hand).
There is another Oulad M’hand in the academy: Ismail (Salah-Eddine’s brother).
cant we nurture these lads for 2 more years so that we do not end up buying a player for 200 million pounds. also why is arsenal wasting time on max dowman rather than sending him out to spain
Dowman is 14. He is a child!
