Just score
Just win!
Very good. Top sensation.
Think we should have started kiwior – zinchenko more suited for home games. COYG!
Best bench in the prem!
Going to be tight but I think we have enough…
COYG!!!!!
Kinda dispiriting City result though. Man, those guys. Are we all kidding ourselves? Is this just going to be exactly the same as every other fecking season?
I just don’t know where they slip up. The wankers.
If we don’t slip up then it doesn’t matter. That’s a huge IF, but I agree, not likely to get much more breathing room than this.
What a disgrace of a team selection from Emery though. Just throw the game why dont ya.
Emery’s revenge on Arsenal..that cheeky fellow
I just watched the highlights and Ollie Watkins wasn’t even in the SQUAD vs City (and he just bagged a brace vs. Brentford). He rested Bailey, Tielemans, even the goalkeeper. That’s infuriating. I hope we stomp all over them when they come to our ground.
Douglas Luiz got a yellow right at the end that ensures he misses the game against us.
Is that for sure?
He didn’t rest the keeper.
I just double checked. Olsen started the game and Martinez wasn’t even on the bench.
Resting them for the Europa Conference League I would imagine. Very shortsighted if true.
Exactly the kinda game the neutrals wanted to see last Sunday. We come out to play, get smashed by city and get written off, same old Arsenal they cried.. but alas they were disappointed and started pointing 4fingers at themselves and 1 at us.
No thanks, this is not a circus and we’re not here to entertain you.
COYG
I couldn’t agree more with you on Mr Good Ebening. He threw that game and should be investigated. He’s dropped another 2 points v Brentford today. That puts more pressure on them to try and get something from us. Such an idiot! But he’s in for a sound the thrashing at the Emirates
WHEN we win all our games and they do too we will still be above them. Have heart. It’s far from over.
It’s gonna go down to the wire but all we can do is win our matches and keep the pressure up.
COYG!
When you look at our fixtures in April and realize that we basically have to win all of them it all seems so unlikely.
Then it dawns on you that we don’t have to beat them all today, the only thing required is 3 points from Brighton which we certainly can do.
That bench could qualify for European places
Even the bench is too strong for brighton
Strong team and bench!
That’s such a strong team to be able to put out, and still have Martinelli and Trossard come off the bench or Partey to give more verticality. Smith-Rowe and Vieira too. It’s wonderful to see our squad getting bigger and fitter in the business end of the season rather than running on fumes like the past two seasons.

Would have preferred Tomiyasu or Kiwior in place of Zinchenko today.
COYG! Let’s bag those three points!
My thoughts exactly
Rotation
This is a really control oriented lineup from Mikel. There are no weak links in possession on that team sheet. The way I read it is he wants to make sure Brighton can’t play their game (control the majority of the ball and territory) by putting all his best passers out there. Last May when they beat us 3-0 and even when we beat them at the amex 4-2 they had control over proceedings. Let’s see if this year’s team is good enough to flip the script. I think we will be.
Just looked at our lineup for last year’s 0-3 , looks like a League Cup team against this year!
Great comment, doc.
Cheers.
I was hoping to see ESR
That bench! A brand new set of firepower if needed in the second half.
Come On You GUNNERS!!!
Not sure about Zinchenko starting bUT we can do this! COYG!!!
Yeh agree, Zinny is going to be targeted on left side, his best games are when Martinelli is on the pitch also, not saying he shouldn’t start as he’s quality, a game Jesus needs to start scoring if we are going to be serious contenders..
Cannot afford to drop a point in any game me thinks. It’s that tight. Come on you gunners, my emotional and mental well-being for the rest of the weekend and up till Tuesday night depends on this.
Difficult to see where Scousers (after tomorrow) or Citeh drop points in remaining games so we have no choice but to win ours and score lots of goals.
Speaking of Tuesday night, saw extended highlights of Bayern vs Dortmund last week and really did not see anything that should worry us. Yes they have the quality individually but this definitely not same Bayern that used to beat us and most definitely not the same Arsenal. And then today they lost against I think a newly promoted team in Heidenheim. Basically gifting Xhaka & co. the league 👏🏾📣🎶 Now it’s up to us to make sure Harry Kane ends up with no trophy whatsoever 😂 and seeing there current form, I put us firm favourites over Bayern. Oh man… Read more »
Jesus should be able to cover Zinny if he wanders forward a lot. It’s a strong team and a great bench, let’s get those 3 points. COYG!
Fortunately Arteta invested in the DeclanRice® (all rights reserved) insurance policy.
Fecking inbred coastal twonks booing Saka!
How he gets booed everywhere and that chinned cheating wonder Kane didn’t I’ll never know.
Dicks.
de Zerbi learned from the 2-0 blowout (that’s what it was) in December and started as many of his best athletes today as he could muster. He also surprised us in the first 10 minutes with Moder’s movement. They used him as a decoy to drag Big Gabi out of position and used that gap plus the incredibly rapid combination of Adingra/Lamptey to get up the left side a couple of times. Or if Gabi didn’t follow him then he became the spare man, but generally Gabi did track him to his own penalty box even. Arsenal shut that down… Read more »
Zinchenko makes me nervy.
