Zinchenk-no?

Dr. Gooner

Calf injury

Chris

Let’s do this!!

Chris

Bench looks abit light thou

Dada

Becaue it will be as easy for us.

Dr. Gooner

It for sure is. But there are 6 unavailable today, and not just squad fillers either.

Up4GrabsNow!

I’d take Jesus, Sterling and Nwaneri over anything they have. 2-1 win for us.

The G

Who is Kabia? Rest of the team I feel is as expected.

SG_Gooner

Diawara?

Goldman Sack

Not sure what to make of it, he is unlikely to make an appearance anyway as Jesus and Sterling are on the bench

Dada

Do-i-worry?

Goonermaybaj

COYG! Let’s show them who’s the boss!

Bleeding Gums Murphy

I would have loved to see Nwaneri start. Surprise factor could have really worked. Have to trust Arteta though and Sterling and Jesus on bench are a great threat. Martinelli needs to shine today. If he does we win as they will not be able to cope with him and Saka. If he doesn’t it’s a close call

Dr. Gooner

Team sheet as expected. Now it’s time to see how Arteta manages the risk/reward of pinning them back without conceding too many transitions.

Ryan

Our bench looks kinda of sparse. We can do this right! Right? …right!

IgorStepanoooo

Bench. I know we have a couple of players out, but City’s bench yesterday included Rodri, Silva, Doku, Foden, Diaz and Gvardiol. We need more.

IgorStepanoooo

Actually I take that back. We are missing Tomi, Zinni, Rice, Ode and Merino.

Indiegooner

Shows how absurdly lopsided the competition is for any team challenging them.

Bleeding Gums Murphy

They have Bobb and Ake out injured. We have Rice, Ødegaard, tomiashu, Merinho and zinchencho. Calm down. All will be well.

Will

And calafiori

Bleeding Gums Murphy

Oh and I forgot Calafiori and Tierney

Matt

It’s almost as if their relentless financial cheating has an impact on the squad they build.

Griff

No zinky on the bench??

Dan J

Even me im confused no zinny on bench. Must be injured

Man Manny

Big teams find a way to overcome adversity.
COYG!!!

Hantal

The bench is lacking

CoYG

So much youth on the bench

jon

Probably our best pick. Not much to select from. Natural that Jorghino comes in for Rice. I would have put Havertz in Ødegaard’s slot and Trossard as forward. Or mabye to start on the bench.

BigSrse

So Havertz in midfield and Trossard false nine?

Glenn Helder's Perm

Absolute faith in the team selected to do the job and smash these also-rans into the ground. Their own ground.

Always proud to see youth represented on the bench. Exciting to see Arteta involving younger players, even if only to get them part of training and the whole match day experience.

COYG!

Tony

I fear they will pressure Partey and he will cost us dearly. Let’s see how many points he has to cost us until Arteta realises he is past it.

nanogunner

Double pivot? Havertz at 10, Trossard at 9?

Johan

Turns out we actually need six left-backs, with four of them out injured and Timber not ready to play three times a week.

Nigel

This is exactly the 11 I was hoping he’d pick. 3 points guaranteed!

TotsOfJack

Jorginho and Trossard need to step up.

Arsepedant

And they sure did!

Vieiraera

If only Martinelli played a little bit less within himself, that assist to Saka was on.

Qwekumalhi

He’s thinking about scoring it himself and nothing else

Rick_Sanchez

I think his time at the Arsenal is coming to an end.

Ebo

I hope your time at Arsenal is coming to an end. He was involved in two of our most dangerous chances, would’ve scored if not for a good save by Vicario and would’ve had a great assist if not for another one.

Seriously, he’s now the next Zinchenko / Havertz type scapegoat? A young forward who scored 15 goals for us just over a year ago, the winning goal against City and tracks back to defend like a madman? You can’t even give him the rest of this season to get his form back and fulfill his immense potential?

I’m surprised there’s a market for a NFC of an empty trophy cabinet.
