Good. The plan here should be to cruise into a comfy lead and rest important players for Sunday in early in the second half. Let’s get it!

Matt

I think the plan for every team, always, is to get into the lead.

Havi

Zinchenko sighting

Jack

I’m surprised not to see a midfield of Thomas, Rice, Merino, Jorginho, Zinchenko and Elneny

Fenko

Come off it.
Let’s forget about our last mistake and move on.
How long should we duel on that. We all make mistakes in life. Forgive the gaffer and support the team for another unbeaten run, which hopefully leads to a great success in May.

NorthernGooner

You are absolutely right, but we can laugh at ourselves too!

Fenko

Sure. We can.
It is just depressing thinking about that avoidable defeat to Bournmouth.
But we move.

Man Manny

I am not used to seeing Saka miss three matches at a stretch for country and club!
I hope he unleashes his evident frustration on Liverpool.

Matt dred

The way Mikel doesn’t trust Nwaneri to start in games is worrying tbh !

Morgan

He’s 17!

Fenko

He is 17 for God’s sake.
He will have his moment soon and it would be glorious for him.
I understood the frustration but I don’t think we know when to start hm in PL or CL better than the coach.
Let’s us just be calm and trust the coaching staff decisions.

That young man is someone who can make a huge impact ! But not tonight and not against Liverpool ? I know he’s 17 but we are crying out for him to be let loose & more importantly to be trusted Sorry but the gaffer will be having entirely the wrong sort of influence on his thoughts Jesus ahead of him ? Great & he needs built up but Nwaneri will question himself & ask “Why?” If not now when ?

Matt dred

So was Cesc Fàbregas !! What’s age got to do with it ? If he’s good enough he’s ready ffs

Jakeus

I don’t trust 17 year old’s either – often up to no good, and start making trouble in the neighborhood

Ebo

on the playground they spend most of their days

PatJ

No, he is 42.

Appelsenpere

He has school in the morning.

JWob

Really super frustrating. This time with Odegaard out is the time to give it a go.

Fatgooner

Lots of kids on the bench…

Jakeus

Every position on the field is covered by a senior player – I think its safe whatever comes out way

KingKolo

I’d have been more careful with Partey before a game with Liverpool already without Willy… surely this game will be more Merinos pace…

Der32

I have no faith in Jesus but I hope I’m wrong

TotsOfJack

I’m loving the connection between G. Jesus and Havertz. TP5 has been brilliant. Need to put this game to bed now, guys.

Matt dred

How jesus, Sterling or Marino gets to play ahead of Nwaneri is unbelievable !!
