After enduring an injury-hit start to the season, Louis Zecevic John is now ready to make a major impact for Arsenal U18s.
The winger, who is usually deployed on the right flank, is one of the most exciting prospects in this season’s scholarship intake and he already achieved the feat of training with the first-team when he was still a schoolboy.
Zecevic John brings a lot to the team with his pace and flair, while he is also capable of providing a significant threat in front of goal.
The 16-year-old has yet to score for Arsenal U18s this season but his performance in the FA Youth Cup third round win against Hertford Town was of a very high standard.
Zecevic John played some clever passes as he combined effectively with forward Andre Harriman-Annous.
In addition, Zecevic John showed that he is capable of delivering dangerous crosses.
Arsenal have a lot of faith in Zecevic John’s ability and the prospect has already made his debut for the U19s, which came when he featured as a substitute against Shakhtar Donetsk in the UEFA Youth League.
Now his injury struggles appear to be behind him, Zecevic John will be eager to push on even further and he will be targeting a callup to the U21 squad before the end of the season.
