Arsenal face their third game in six days as we face Brighton at the Emirates this afternoon (barely).
After our midweek exploits, there are changes again today, and here are today’s official line-ups.

Hopefully Mustafi holds everything together. That guy will play 3×90 min in space of 5 days and 16 hours! We’re lucky to have big enough squad to give other guys some rest.

Those teams – City, Utd and Chelsea – have clearly better squads than ours. Our players can only fight doggedly and expect the best. We almost beat Chelsea at the Bridge, City came off only the one goal better – granted, that’s three points on the board – I’m just saying our lads and the gaffer did well and should continue to fight. But let’s not over hype the ability of this team

Feels like i’m watching newcastle play brighton. Not much difference between the two sides.
This is the kind of season in which Holding should be played more. Hope Chambers can get a look in as well. If it works out, that’s a solid defence for the future, won’t need to think about it for a while.
I’d even have a half fit Jack than a player like Xhaka who runs like he’s feet are encased in breeze blocks whilst in a pit of quicksand.

Is there a reason why lacazette is not allowed to complete 90mins?
As Arsene said earlier, he has to get used to with high tempo EPL games, so playing 90 mins too early might cause his fatigue. They are building him slowly for 90 mins
Probably because the PL is a faster and more physical league than he has played in previously.
Also the lack of a Christmas break is felt more by a ‘newbies’ in their 1st season. So saving him a bit now MAY help him later in the season.
