Arsenal’s under-23 side have beaten their West Ham United counterparts 3-1 to seal the Premier League 2 title, the first time we’ve won the competition or its equivalent since 1990.
Reiss Nelson’s opener and a brace from Eddie Nketiah put the Gunners in a commanding position at the London Stadium before a late consolation for the home side reduced the deficit.

The three points took the Gunners tally for the season to 39, two points ahead of Liverpool and three in front of Leicester.
The under-23s can now turn their focus towards the Premier League International Cup final. They play Porto on 8 May. Not to be outdone, the under-18s recently progressed to the final of the FA Youth Cup.
Congratulations to all the players and coaching staff involved. Not a bad way to honour Arsene Wenger on the day he announced his departure from the club.
Always great to have some good prospects waiting in the wings! Let’s hope our next manager affords them the opportunities they have enjoyed under our current manager.
Ah maaaan.. congratulations to the team. Let’s hope the whole club comes together to fight to give Arsene the send off he deserves. It’s oddly both an exciting time, a somewhat terrifying time and I can’t help but feel overwhelmed with sadness. Makes me think a lot about Wenger message to the fans to make sure the club keeps its values and identity. Whoever comes in absolutely HAS to promote youth talent. I want it all this season as an honour to Wenger.
U23 League Champions
U23 International Cup
U18s FA Cup
Then finally EL Cup and acces to the CL.
Best way to honour his final send off; a first and only european cup and after 20 years, the academy in its hottest its ever been.
so proud of you great achievement well done lads
Wenger leaves us with lots of prospects unlike old red nose who left an aging squad. The next manager has lots of tools to work with.
Congrats to the lads.
Per over to you.
To be fair, SAF left on a title-winning note, not a ‘finished 6th’ note. I love Wenger, but lets be real here.
Only title winning because we gave him Van Persie
The man truly is leaving us with a strong first team core, fantastic academy and solid finances.

Well done lads! Hopefully the new manager recognises the importance of promoting from the ranks. COYG.
And let’s have a good laugh at United getting relegated.
This is truly excellent — well done, lads! Proud of you.
With the under-18s in the FA Youth Cup final, the under-23s league champions and in the Premier League International Cup final, the women’s team winners of the League Cup and in the FA Cup final, and the men’s team bidding for the Europa League final, Arsenal can celebrate success at every level. Be proud! Be a Gooner! COYG!!!
Excuse my ignorance but why have they all played 21 games and not 22?
The table above was from before the match.
congrats boys
This is great! Well done boys. Helps give us lots of confidence for the future in these uncertain times.
