Bernd Leno made his Premier League debut for Arsenal this afternoon, keeping a second half clean sheet to help us to a 2-0 win over Watford.
The German made two excellent saves, one in particular from Troy Deeney early in the second 45 was top drawer and will do his confidence lots of good.
He spoke to the media after the game, this is what he had to say.

He did good Leno. A nervy moment at the start when he put the ball out to touch but thereafter kept composure and carried on where Cech left off coming out to take decisive action. Fortunate for the attempt by Success (what a name) who turned Holding and almost scored (I believe it hit the post) But I’m not sure why the fans were giving him an ovation when he came on.
