Holding should be less of a worry to you than Tàvares.
I have a feeling that is why Martinelli is picked over ESR: he gives Tavares cover.
As for Holding, Tomiyasu coming in gives him great cover.
If you are still worried, just imagine he is playing an FA Cup final against Chelsea.

Chelsea are kinda safe by virtue of their goal difference and the fact we need to play Spuds. One or the other of us will drop points. For both of us to pass them they will need to drop points in 3 or their last 4 by my calculations.
