Marquinhos has joined Ligue 1 side Nantes on a season-long loan.
The Brazil under-20 international moves to France having recently spent six months with Norwich City.
Marquinhos scored and assisted on his Gunners debut against FC Zurich in the Europa League and then did the same in the Championship against Cardiff during his loan spell. In both instances, he probably set expectations a little high and struggled to hit those heights.
Hopefully he gets regular game time in France and finds a consistency in his performances that gives him another shot of making it at Arsenal next year.

Will this make it 3 of a kind? Come on Nantes, after Marseille and Reims, don’t let us down.
All the best Marq!
