We can complain all we want for that soft penalty, but we have been absolutely sh@t in the first half. Every player has played terrible. All 11 are off pace. Not sure wtf is going on. How can 11 players play bad on the same day.

If Partey is fit i really cant understand why we play chelseajorginho from the start. I hope he stays in that part of london after the game. He belongs there.
He just needs more physicality next to him. It’s fine to start him in this type of game flanked by two ball winners, but him + Zinchenko + Odegaard was too much phase 2 ligthweight stuff.

Cheslea were good. I think they caught us by surprise a little bit with their aggression. Arteta went with lots of technique in midfield, thinking we could play through their press, but that never happened because they had too much hustle and physicality in the middle and their wide players held up against Saka/Martinelli 1v1. The intent was ok, but this was classic lose the physical battle and you can’t play your football game. Raya has made errors vs Spurs, vs City, vs Chelsea, and vs Lens. That’s 4 of the biggest games of the season so far.
He tries to anticipate crosses and leaves his goal post dangerously open. Same happened vs Spurs for their first goal.
Alvarez nearly scored while pressing him, and Palmer should have scored today. Lucky to get a point with Raya. And we would have won the game with Rambo 😕
