Arsene Wenger did a Google Hangout today. It was weird and all a bit 2002 or something, and the questions were all obviously pre-approved and therefore a bit tame.

Definitely Debbie Gibson. For me she wrote her own songs and showed her talent and potential. Tiffany simply did a cover version and while you cannot argue that it has merit, it was not as good as ‘Only in my dreams’.

Based on our past transfers, or the lack thereof, it is obvious Wenger evaluates players on his own terms and sets the value. If the club asks for more than the value he thinks the player is actually worth, regardless of the inflated market value, Wenger simply will not pay more and he will just move on. Period.
Wenger has his own standard of market value, which happens to be more reserved than other clubs’, and that is one probable reason we always have such a difficult time buying players.
