I wouldn’t mind seeing Theo get the striker position with gnabry wide. Would be good to see rosicky, monreal and TV5 start as well. It’s a great chance to rest our key players, ozil and giroud in particular, and all the names mentioned above are more than capable of beating any dangerous side let alone hull

Not any mention of sagna. I think he has been great this season. The consistent sagna is back. Too bad there isn’t any talk of a new contractand no one seems really bothered . Jenkinson isn’t up to taking that position yet. Funny how Theo Walcott contract issue made for bigger news. This season he has not been missed. Just goes to show how far pour team had come.

I’d love to see figures representing the regularly mentioned ‘November slump’ that I’ve seen alleged a lot in recent years, as I don’t know if there’s any truth to it. If it is indeed a real thing, I think an element probably is fixture congestion – where Arsenal are busy on all fronts with various cup commitments and Champion’s League fixtures that only effect a fifth of the league. Actually Ramsey did score a few weeks ago against Swansea in Wales. I remember that vividly because the Welsh fans kept booing him all along up until he literally silenced them with a goal, which gave us the second goal. Final score was 2-1.

While you’re right he struggled against Cardiff in a cup match a few years back, Rambo came on as a sub last year at Swansea after Diaby who was ineffectual on the day left the pitch and within minutes assisted Gervinho to make the game safe. This year at Swansea he scored a goal and assisted Gnabry for the two goals Arsenal had. So what are you on about Ramsey “finally” doing well in Wales? He’s done pretty damn well this year I think. This last one just makes it 3/3 for him in 2013.
