It don’t think it really matters. Walcott is hardly gonna stay in midfield, and cazorla and rosicky will keep changing positions in that attacking midfield area.

Even without Ozil, we look a comfortably strong side. We did it last year, we can do it this year. Hoping for a strong performance from Giroud and Jacky.

Ozil fell on his shoulder apparently and is out for 2-3 games. Wenger just said that on Sky Sports.

Yeh some key names missing from the bench, Wilshere needs to step up, hopefully he’s playing centrally as he cannot defend from either wing, just doesn’t have the discipline for it at this point in his career. Rosicky out wide and Santi through the middle..
Yeah, be good for Jack to play in the middle. I think that’s his favoured position so would give him a chance to build some confidence and form.
Might be interesting if Walcott and Cazorla can swap wings occasionally (but not all the time). Santi can play either and Theo can cut in to the middle on his right foot from the left in devastating fashion! Hopefully.
Be nice to see Podolski come on at some point as well. He really brings something extra to the team.

WELL! if Özil does have a shoulder thing then fair enough, if its a rest i’d rather have played him here and rested against the next team as newcastle are stronger. Illness for Vermaelen and Monreal is worrying, seriously what is going on with the sicknesses that infect our club? injury is one thing but you’d think we would have better illness prevention than this? what the fuck are we going to do if giroud gets even a sickness bug?
