We could potentially be playing Ramsey on the wing. Wasn’t he played there in our 2-0 win over Napoli last season, and quite effective to boot? It’s unlikely, but it would give us much more protection down the flanks than if Özil played there. We shall see. So long as we are triangular by the end of the day that is all that matters.

I love Wenger, but surely he’s the most stubborn manager in the history of football. We flattened Aston Villa with our reliable 4-2-3-1 tactic and Ozil in the middle. Last year we flattened Tottenham three times with that tactic. Why change it now? Why put Ozil back on the left? It’s baffling.

Flamini is never to play for Arsenal. A player at this level can’t control the ball doesn’t need to play in the BPL.
