The Premier League have confirmed the fixtures selected for live broadcast in August and September with Arsenal’s games against West Ham, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Newcastle and Chelsea set to feature on Sky Sports and BT Sport.
The kick-off times/dates of all 5 games have subsequently been changed.
New kick off times/dates:
Arsenal v West Ham – Sunday August 9th 1.30pm (Sky Sports)
Crystal Palace v Arsenal – Sunday August 16th 1.30pm (Sky Sports)
Arsenal v Liverpool – Monday August 24th 8pm (Sky Sports)
Newcastle v Arsenal – Saturday August 29th 12.45 (BT Sport)
Chelsea v Arsenal – Saturday September 19th 12.45 (BT Sport)
Arsenal’s Community Shield showdown with Chelsea – the traditional new season curtain raiser – will also be broadcast live on August 2nd.

Wait before the 12:45 game away at chelski don’t we have a champions league game on either the Tuesday or Wednesday?
Yes but 1) so will Chelsea, 2) being a big club means dealing with multiple big fixtures in short windows, and 3) wait and see the draw before you panic. We could be home to whatever pot four team while Chelsea are away to Madrid, who knows.

True. It’s been exceptionally beautiful this summer, something like fourteen days in a row now with the temperature 30 degrees or above and no end in sight. Plus the womens’ world cup in town this year, it’s been brilliant. Plus Kelly Smith working in Vancouver for Fox Sports the last month – I’ve met her a couple of times, lovely lady. Hope she recovers quickly and starts banging in goals for the Arsneal Ladies again real soon.
