it will be good if Aston Villa sit deep. That will enable us to get the ball quickly forward to Ozil campbell and Giroud, and the lack of a proper deep lying playmaker won’t be such a problem.

Nice to see Aston Villa are giving our players a day off. They can really use the rest at the moment, so the gesture is much appreciated.
On the other hand: a good 0-7 here may well turn out to be useful come May, as the league seems to be shaping up to be close up to the end.
