Lucas Perez will continue his rehab from an ankle injury back in Spain.
The Spanish striker was hobbled by Reading’s clogger, Danzell Gravenberch, during the EFL Cup clash last month.
He was since ruled out for around 8 weeks and tonight he announced that has been allowed to return to his former club to carry out his rehab at ‘home’.
Contento de que @Arsenal y @RCDeportivo hayan aceptado que venga a recuperarme a Coruña. https://t.co/F7ct8KsK5k

The 28 year old is expected back in action towards the end of December, and Arsenal will be hoping that he can play a part in the busy festive fixture period.
In his 6 appearances (3 starts, 3 sub), the £17m signing made 3 assists and score 2 goals, so having him back would be a real bonus at a critical part of the season.
They also have really good seafood in that part of Spain, so all that fish oil will help.
Fish oil is of utmost importance during this stage of rehab.
Get well soon!
Wishing him the best of Luc.
Fish oil??
The man clearly needs horse placenta.
Fish placenta!
I have a feeling he will come back and do very well for us. Get well Lucas!
Oh Arsenal… four strikers on the books and three of them are injured.
Anyone know how Sanogo is doing at Charlton and if we have a recall clause?
Is that where he is? I didnt think he existed anymore haha
Hmmmm actually it looks like that he’s with us!

He was with Charlton last season, scored a hat-trick but they still got relegated.
Does not look like he’s getting anywhere near the first team though…
Remember how he started against Bayern Munich back in 03/04?
Ya ya would have been about 10/11 yrs old back in 03/04 season, it was a bold move by Wenger 🙂
Proof of Le Prof’s knack for spotting young talent.
I really wish the Gunners had a game this weekend. In need of a distraction and one can only drink so much bourbon!
Too right, all those biscuits will stick in your throat.
Please heal up quickly and come back to become all I dream you will be for us.
Wishing Lucas a speedy recovery. We need as many fit players as possible for the busy festive fixtures.
Hmmm…. I can now say that blogs likes food a lot. And get well soon Lucad
GUTE BESSERUNG LUCAS
