Have to say, it’s been amazing to see Arsenal in Sydney this week. Never had the opportunity to see them at the Emirates, so i’m really glad i can see them here now. The way Arsenal have orientated this whole tour has been class. I’ve seen United, Chelsea and Spurs, too (i always backed the A-League team), but they didn’t even give a shit the whole time. Even bringing the ground announcer was a nice touch. I, for one, have had a lovely week.
Class is permanent.
It was really bonza to cast me eyes over the chaps first hand like. Gunna crack open another tinny and celebrate with me chums!

The left side of back 3 suits him very well.
Granted its Western Sydney Walkabout Wanderers. Decent run out. Giroud scores again. I’m not sure why some people want him out. At the moment, he is more efficient than Welbeck. Surely he is a better weapon to have. He can pair WITH Lacazette or they can rotate as different options. Welbeck if anything is the spare at the moment. Lacazette. Excellent movement. Didn’t like Giroud’s attitude towards Lacazzette. He’ll have to live with it though, Laca will be 1st choice central striker and Giroud a plan B as usual
Funny cos the commentary I was on were going on about just how much the two were trying to find each other during the game.
I mean if Giroud is in the zone trying to celebrate, I don’t think he is going to take notice of whoever is coming up from behind him. No big deal.

Have always loved Monreal’s game, not flashy, but incredibly consistent and solid on defense and in the attack. As he gets a bit older the wing back slot may not be best for him as I feel the left side of the back three could be perfect for him. We have some great depth and quality in that central three with a starting three potentially of Mustafi, Kos, and Monreal with Holding, Gabriel and Per in reserve (of course you can argue for Holding and maybe even Gabriel to start). You also have Kolasnic that can slot back there.
I wouldn’t let Gabriel anywhere near the starting Xi unless and until other defenders are unavailable.Too much liability imo
