Arsenal have provided the Premier League with a list of the players being released by the club this summer.
The two most senior, well-known names on it are Per Mertesacker – who is retiring to head up the Arsenal Academy – and Santi Cazorla, who is now in training with former club Villarreal after his contract expired.
The rest are young players, listed as: Marc Bola, Felix Crean, Aaron Eyoma, goalkeepers Ryan Huddart and Hugo Keto, Chiori Johnson, and Tarifi Moore.
None of them made a first team appearance, and will now be seeking a new club this summer.
There is also a list of retained players, with contracts on offer to some youngsters like Daniel Ballard, Robbie Burton and Dominic Thompson, while Barnaby Stingwing has had to retire at an early age because of a chronic spleen injury.
I believe the young goal keeper is called Alex Crean.

Jack Wilshere’s name appears to be missing!
Unfortunately, I think he will leave. As Emery mentioned, team has to retain Ramsey and he will have to be the first choice box to box option in 4-2-3-1 formation, with hopefully a new DM next to Ramsey where we can press the opposing team to win the ball back. James Maddisono and Alexander Golovin could substitute to Wilshere and Cazorla !! They are rising stars if not injury during few years.

The list is basically players that haven’t been offered new deals at the end of their contract, and players who have. Wilshere has been offered a new deal, so his name is not on the released list

What a shame – there was a real buzz about Barnaby at academy level.
The players offered contracts yet haven’t signed is interesting: Wilshere(obviously), Josh Dasilva, Vlad Dragomir, Deyan Iliev.
Dasilva & Dagomir both made the bench last season so you would assume are highly thought of and with two keepers already released, Iliev leaving would leave the u23 side short of numbers in that department, no? (Jeorge Bird probably knows more than I do about that…)
