Win was good, agreed. Hope they have a break this week and rebuild energy. Plus Mustafi and Sok are suspended so will get a longer break.
At least Southampton aren’t having a great season, hope that continues. And we are playing weaker sides up until Liverpool at the end of the month, which is a relief.
Hmmm…how would you know what a dogging video looks like, I wonder Mr Blogs?….I wouldn’t have a clue!
On a serious note, you make very valid points but I think today the only thing that mattered was the result. We’ve had probably the most demanding week since Emery arrived, physically and mentally.
On top of that we faced a very motivated and physical Huddersfield and a sub par referee (i’m being polite).
Probably our worst performance this season but when you look at the context and bigger picture, we should all be pleased, I know I am.
I don’t understand the frustration that was being shown by the Arsenal fans yesterday. I know, our game wasn’t fluid like it has been the past few weeks, but it’s only to be expected. We have had players playing continuously and against top teams; fatigue is bound to creep in. On top, Huddersfield were playing a very strong press, disrupting our natural Rhythm ( Unai Quote ) with time wasting and hard hitting style of play.
