Is anyone surprised anymore? Does anyone care anymore? PL players paid $3.7 billion in wages last season, plenty seem to coast and earn a fortune, not only some of ours.

Spot on James. We have talent players but not many gamers. You have players with real quality that show it in every single training session but once the whistle blows, they don’t increase the intensity. We are getting beat by gamers, lesser skilled but ones that live for competition and thrive on it.
The problem with this team is, it’s simply not a quality team, most of the players are not good enough to be playing for the club, Unless we want to be a middle table club. Some of the managers tactical decisions and team selections can be questioned however, it’s the players that are to blame for their terrible performances. Looking at each performance most of the players seem as if they simply don’t care, they don’t have fight, desire, but what they do have is, their big fat salaries every week!!! We have to just be realistic and accept that our players are not good enough. Palace, wolves, and leicester were just better than us, and we have to accept this. Peaple talk about lack of confidence, but if your opponet is better than you, with poor results your confidence will drop. We should be happy to finish 6th with the squad and commitment we are getting from our players. We had so many chances to wrap up 4th, even 3rd was there for the taking, and we fked it up. Go through the squad and ask yourself player for player:
Are they good enough now?
Will they be?
Do they have the durability to depend on?
Can we afford them?
Then out of the ones that got a ‘no’, ask if they have any sell on value.
Then ask yourself, will the KSE financially back emery and the club to transform out of this mess?
There you have the problem.
The last 8 seasons have seen Arsenal become joke in the epl.Heavy defeats against the big teams and even a 4 goal lead is allowed to slip. Whats happening?
