The first images of Arsenal’s adidas home kit for the 2023/24 season have been leaked by Footy Headlines and seem to confirm rumours that gold will be the accent colour alongside the traditional red and white.
The shirt features a monochrome gold badge, adidas logo, adidas stripes, and Visit Rwanda branding alongside a white crew neck collar, raglan sleeves and a ‘zap’ lightning pattern.
The Emirates logo was due to be gold but after prototypes were tested, our main sponsor vetoed the idea due to visibility issues.
It is believed the shirt will be worn by Mikel Arteta’s side for the final game of the 2022/23 season against Wolves.

Footy Headlines have previously reported that the base colour of the away kit will be “Team Semi Solar Yellow” and will have a black pattern incorporated.
The third kit for the 2023/24 season will pay homage to the green and blue shirt worn by Terry Neill’s Gunners in the 1982/83 season.
Details are thin on the ground but the adidas design should incorporate navy blue sleeves as was the case on the Umbro original*.
Green was last used by the Gunners during the 2018/19 season when Puma produced a minty ensemble that was used sparingly by Unai Emery’s squad.
All three kits will feature a new Premier League font and sleeve badge. The typography, which was revealed a couple of weeks back, is larger and has been designed by the manufacturer Avery Dennison to deliver better visibility.

This isn’t too bad. If the 3rd kit is done well it could also be a modern classic. The away leaked online seems to be a wrong kind of yellow for Arsenal. Let’s see.

It was JVC. I still have that shirt. Dreamcast came later.
My ex wore that JVC one as a nightdress and never gave it back. Suited her better than me, I have to say.
The green and navy kit was unpopular at the time I believe, but as a kid, I absolutely loved it – still gives me a nostalgia buzz to see it and the letters ‘JVC’. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with.

I always kinda liked that 80s green kit, although it might prove impractical given the colour of the pitch. Still, I’m looking forward to seeing it
