As part of UEFA’s #RecogniseGame series, Tim Stillman met with Arsenal forward Beth Mead to go through the highlights of Arsenal’s thumping 5-1 Matchday One UEFA Women’s Champions League win in Lyon.
Ahead of the UEFA Women’s Champions League quarter-finals, where Arsenal will face Bayern Munich tomorrow night in Germany and next Wednesday at Emirates Stadium, UEFA have produced a series with the top players in Europe looking back at the top performances from the group stages.
When it came to Arsenal, there was really only one game to look at. Tim sat down with Beth Mead at London Colney, who helped herself to two goals and an assist on that incredible night in France, to look through the highlights.
