Kieran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere have both been called up to Roy Hodgon’s England squad for their upcoming friendlies.
After the United game on Sunday we have another Interlull, primarily for the World Cup play-offs, but there are a host of friendly fixtures to contend with too.
England face Chile and Germany, both at Wembley, and Gibbs inclusion is no surprise as he’s been a consistent performer all season.
There will be doubts about Wilshere’s participation however. The midfielder has missed Arsenal’s last two games with an ankle injury and he’s due to have a test today to see if he’s fit for the trip to Old Trafford at the weekend.
Should he be ruled out of that then there’s little chance of him going away with the national side. There might also be a hint as to Theo Walcott’s inclusion for the United game, with the winger not in Hodgson’s squad.
After a spell out the international games might have been a good chance for him to build up some match fitness, so we’re assuming that he won’t feature on Sunday.
Maybe we’ll get a surprise.
Jack – “Remember Theo, he who smelt it dealt it”.
About bloody time !! Well done Gibbsy! Amazing season so far
Nice one Gibbo you truly deserve it#COYG
Finally! Roy hodgson now seeing that gibbo is better than that fucking cunt cashley.
Poor Gibbs. He’ll get a sniff now and start to dream of actually going to the World Cup, but we all know the other two will most likely be picked on “reputation”.
Well, the only way to improve Gibbs reputation is win the league, get on it Gibbs!
Good things just keep happening at ‘The Home Of Football’ Happy time to be a gunner.
NO! Leave Gibbs at home to rest so we can keep everyone healthy for our capturing of the Premier League title.
They’re only friendlies. Play some bottom half English players or lower leagues.
Meaningless games to potentially injury our best players in. Man fuck this.

they just got lazy
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Gibbs deserves it but i rather he didn’t go.
Congratulations Gibbs. It’ll be hard for him to make an impact because he has quietly been one of our best players this season, though I stress quietly. He gets forward well and he defends solidly, and if he keeps it up he’ll be first team England one day.
As for Walcott, I never thought I’d miss him so much. Top scorer from last season, combined with Ozil’s passes he’s gonna be so deadly.
OxRamWilly, I crack up every time I see your user name. Good on you!
Walcott: Something’s a blowin’ in the wind….mate
Wilshere: Ehhh….! I heard Manure is just round the corner…
Great news for Gibbs, well deserved.
Hopefully we have Theo back, even from the bench to take that mouthpiece Evra to the fucking cleaners..
My biggest concern is the French contingent because of the World Cup playoff for them, hopefully they win the first leg 9-0 with Giroud getting 7 so they can rest in the 2nd leg.
So, no photos exists of Jack and Gibbs together?
So that’s Gibbs on the right?
well, Gibbo is on right track now. But, be careful with the recent injuries which Theo & Jack have had.
*Insert Linford Christie joke*
Gibbs still has his Theo outfit on from Halloween.
