After news yesterday suggested the outlook for Tomas Rosicky and Nacho Monreal was somewhat negative, there’s better news this morning as Arsene Wenger is hoping both players will be available for tomorrow’s game against Fulham.
Rosicky had surgery on his broken nose, while Monreal was reported to have tweaked ankle ligaments against Villa on Monday night. However, at his press conference today, the boss said, “Monreal & Rosicky have tests today, we think both will be alright. Rosicky will wear a mask.”
However, Vermaelen, Ramsey, Arteta and Bendtner remain out alongside the longer-term casualties like Walcott, Sanogo and Diaby.
The boss isn’t taking Fulham lightly despite their poor form of late, saying, “”Fulham have struggled at home but I believe they have enough quality to stay in the league.”
Rosicky will look fucking cool in a mask.
I bet he hopes it’s a black mask, considering he likes metal. And he’d look fucking metal too!

Cannot stress enough the importance of having everyone fit and rearing to go at this stage of the season………Where strong squads are seperated from weak ones, games coming in thick and first, Even Sanogo will be a LANS.

Nacho’s been great over recent games. He carries a good attacking threat and his defensive positioning has been much improved.
