Trio selected for England duty

Kieran Gibbs, Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have all been selected for England’s upcoming Euro 2016 games against Estonia at Wembley on Friday 9 October and then away in Lithuania three days later.

We know what you’re thinking because we’re thinking the same…another fucking Interlull already and it’s 13 days long.

England have already qualified for next summer’s tournament in France so we’ve no doubt these matches will be even more comically boring than usual. We can only hope nobody kicks our lads.

Elsewhere Calum Chambers and Chuba Akpom have been called up by Gareth Southgate for the England under-21s’ Euro qualifier with Kazakhstan.

Ox? England wants some own goals or what? LOL

Andre

“In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes and meaningless internationals and interlulls.”

Biishopp

Nice one, but in some countries taxes are not certain if you are a member of the ruling class or have the right connections, so a certainty is that the Arsenal will always surprise you; be it beating bayern 2 nill at the Allianz arena or losing to Olympiacos at home, supporting the Arsenal guarantees an eventful rollercoaster life. 😉

rummy

How else would Michel Platini’s ‘legally agreed salary payments’ be funded?!

Aboriginal Arsenal

Would be good to see Theo start up front and bang in a few. Most importantly, bring them all home injury free. Good to see Chuba make the under-21 squad for first time (I think). What’s happened to Jeff?

Thierry Bergkamp

He was still Jeff, the last time I heard

loose_cannon

Walcott has been way better than Rooney this season, maybe he’ll get a start

Thierry Bergkamp

What a strong looking squad!

Mesut Ohno

I know right.

That is the worst England midfield player squad I have seen in my life & I’ve seen fucking Geoff Thomas play for England!!

Rip Van's Winkel

I don”t give a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut about England.
How can you when the epl champions provide one player to the squad?
I’m only concerned that our lads get through unscathed.

Mikael

Ex-Arsenal LOL

gooner

what’s more likely, arsenal to win the champions league or England to win the Euro 2016?

Brady

Arsenal to win the Euro 2016.

xanat

Cheer on lads! Someone (like me in Lithuania) will get the chance to see our guys live first time. And later rested we’ll beat those bayern pals.

Paul

Well done lads you are definitely England quality!
(Still pissed off about the last game) 🙁

rmpauden

Looking at that squad ‘England quality’ doesn.t say much
