Arsenal have launched their new Puma third kit for the 2018/19 season in Singapore.
As expected, it’s turquoise, a colour that our outfield players have never been subjected to before. We think it makes them look like extras from The Life Aquatic.
Fun fact. The word turquoise comes from the French for Turkish, as the gem was originally imported from Turkey. Given we’ve players of both French and Turkish heritage we can only assume this colour will hugely improve the on-field synergy between them.

I disagree, if you are trying to sell shirts you use your most popular players. Out of the above none are even close to Aaron’s standing. I think it means the club aren’t too sure of how it’s going to play out with Aaron and as such have not included him in the promo.

Rubbish. Players in or not in a kit promo means nothing. RVP was in the kit promo for the purple away kit in 2012 and left 10 days later.
Sanchez promoted last years kit despite his contract situation being up in the air. Stayed until Christmas.

Blue and green are not classic colours. Red and white and blue and yellow are our classics. I suppose this combination came along with stupid, money making third kits. An anathema to me I’m afraid but then I’m an old fart.

Perhaps because the goalie kit is already out. Or the third goalie kit is a neon creation that burn out camera lenses. (Alternatively it’s a white jacket with huge shoulder pads to match the outfield shirt. And crisp white loafers.)

It’s unrecognizable as The Arsenal, but only for the crest/cannon. And the colour combo looks like it’s from Windows OS high contrast settings. Yikes.

I know that they are not traditional Arsenal colors but third kits always have experimentation and this is a good fresh color. The first kit didn’t look great in pictures but yesterday on the pitch it looked really good and Puma have got a lot of unnecessary stick for their kits this season. There are rumors of Adidas coming on board next but their kits are the most boring ones with the three stripe detail on the shoulder. I tried to buy a couple of tickets (including one for my dad, who has a red senior citizen membership) but it said I wasn’t allowed to.
