Arsenal Women have announced their first team squad numbers ahead of the 2019-20 season. The main change is that Swiss international Lia Wälti moves from the number 19 shirt to 13- the number she wears for Switzerland.

New signing Jill Roord takes the number 14 shirt, vacant since Jodie Taylor’s departure in the winter of 2017. Manuela Zinsberger takes the number 1 shirt vacated by Sari van Veenendaal.
German defender Leonie Maier will wear number 20, previously occupied by Dominique Bloodworth, who left for Wolfsburg this summer. Jen Beattie will wear number 5. Full list below;

For the last 10 years Arsenal have not been competitive . Wenger stayed far too long when his methods were becoming irrelevant. The US owner is making Arsenal his atm for his US team. The amount quoted for transfers by Arsenal is peanuts compared to the big boys. As the last 10 seasons have shown ,Arsenal are becoming a joke.
