D’Angelo starts in goal, Rafaelle rested for Arsenal v Spurs Women

Sabrina D’Angelo will start in goal for Arsenal this afternoon ahead of Manu Zinsberger as Jonas Eidevall makes three changes from the team that lost 1-0 at Bayern Munich on Tuesday night with the second leg to come on Wednesday.

Victoria Pelova comes in for Laura Wienroither with Katie McCabe moving to left-back while Lotte Wubben-Moy gets the nod at centre-half with Rafaelle on the bench.

Noelle Maritz will play at right-back with Williamson, Wubben-Moy and McCabe completing the back line. Lia Walti, Kim Little and Frida Maanum start in midfield, while Caitlin Foord and Victoria Pelova will play either side of Stina Blackstenius upfront.

The game is being broadcast live on Sky Showcase in the UK.

Nice to see Sabrina D’Angelo getting a start. She’s probably a better fit for this type of opponent than MZ.
