Bellerin signs new ‘long term’ Arsenal deal

Arsenal have shown some faith in youngster Hector Bellerin by giving him a new, long-term deal.

The youngster signed from Barcelona in the summer of 2011 and he was given his first professional contract last summer. Since then he’s made rapid progress at youth level and the club have moved to secure his future with this new deal.

It remains to be seen quite what will happen next. With some doubt still over the future of Bacary Sagna, the Spaniard could be thrust into action as back up to Carl Jenkinson if the Frenchman leaves and Arsenal don’t make a signing in that position.

The most likely scenario, however, is Sagna staying one more year, Bellerin going out on loan to gain valuable experience before coming back to compete for a place in the 2014-15 season.

Gooner Till I Die

Future SuperStar!!!

Fedorovichelyaski

With Barca DNA.

TheSkins

Good news. He looks quality.

Merlin's Panini

Cool.
What about Jon Toral? How’s he getting on?
I remember when they both signed, he was the one that seemed to be the bigger deal but it seems like that has changed.

Breezy

If I’m not mistaken, he was making fairly good progress until he got injured. I think he only returned towards the end of the season, but I’m speaking under correction.

rossi88

like the way were sorting out our buisiness this summer. Now, Higuain…..sign da ting!

a gooner in Manchester

I thought Theo should do a Bale filing an application to trademark “Sign da Ting”

Mildly Amusing Name

I have no opinion.

Will SHatner

why comment then?

Mildly Amusing Name

Sorry, sorry…

Spend some money, one for the future, sign da ting, 4th is like a trophy, his brother said he’s close to signing, Wenger out, in Wenger we trust, etc etc.

Delete as appropriate.

Fergie the Gooner

You forgot “like a new signing”!

Bunburyist

…and deadwood, sideways crab, self-sustaining, not until it’s on the dot com, how tall is he?

unimaginative twat

That’s precisely why we must sack Weneger.

chav

Pretty appropriate name you have given yourself.

rossi88

Pretty sure, Jon Toral is still looking promising.

Mooro

No doubt we’ll have signed him up to such a lucrative contract that when he flops and we have to get rid of him, no-one will take him off our hands as they won’t want to pay the stupid salary we are. Well done Arsene.

PS – Fatgooner’s got a man in de-filthing his PC today, so he asked me to send that for him.

Mooro

I don’t mind. Anything to relieve the fuckin tedium, as I’m bored off me tits.

All summed up by Sky Sports NEWS – a NEWS organisation, dealing with Sports NEWS, on Sky, trailing a headline that says “NO News on Rooney”.

Fuck me….I’m glad my oven’s electric.

North Bank Gooner

Well I thought it was comedy gold Mooro, I also enjoyed Slimgooner’s post, brightened up another news lacking day.

I like Bellerin, but I hope not to see him needed for a while yet. Hopefully our defence picks up where they left off.

Mooro

Cheers mate. Although my favourite is the very first comment up top.
There’s so much going on in it, layer upon layer of hidden depth. It gets to the heart of the matter whilst staying remote enough to be subjective and impartial in what it’s striving so nobly to achieve..
Either that or it’s complete bollocks and I’ve no idea what it means.
Made me laugh though.

bulky

Like Hulk…hehehe

Dr Baptiste

I think all those thumbs are from Fatgooner. Fat thumbs and all that….

frrrred

LONG TERM is code for “dont you come asking about [player x]anytime soon!”

Much love Arsene.

ayo

where is my comment? I said I love d kid.. shit.

Dr Baptiste

You love the kid’s shit? Well, we all show our support in different ways i suppose….

dr chicken

You let us read all this shit and in the end don’t even let us know your way of supporting shit, eh, piece of fucking shit?

ayo

shut up .

Anton

Who needs a coq when we already have a bell?

Goontang

I hear the medical term are still human testing on catalonians subjects to extract the barca dna strand out once and for all.

Jameson

Good news, i have seen the kid play about 5 times and he looks a great player. Looks smart with the ball and as good a defender as you can expect from someone his age. Definitely the most promising player from the next gen side alongside big Chuba.

brian

Seen lots of him.Wont make it.Excellent going forward but cant defend very well.

Rectum Spectrum

i can just see ‘Brian the scout’ standing on the edge of the cliff, red cape fluttering behind, casting babies into the abyss.

Dr Baptiste

You’ve seen lots of him during his 18 years? Right….. Quick, let’s get this guy on the scouting network.

bulky

Could say the same about you, mate

Sweet. 2015 here we come.

[…] 来源: [Arseblog News] […]

parker28

Dont matter barca will want him in 5 years . Its his home and all that bollocks

Rectum Spectrum

yes and we can totally rely on theo getting back to cover the right channel as we repel attack after attack with our ultra defensive style.

2013-2014 = 2003-2004

Having watched Hector Bellerin play on several occasions last year, he reminds me a lot of Gary Neville when he was younger. Good signing! Italy played a “back-three” formation in the Confederations Cup and they dominated position even against Spain. Wouldn’t a “back-three” formation suit Arsenal? 1) Bacary Sagna stays, but he’s in his 30s now so move him to CenterHalf where he can rotate with Mertesacker. 2) Jenkinson become 1st-choice Rightback and Bellerin is his cover. 3) Koscielny moves up to midfield where there are TWO Defensive Midfielders protecting the “back-three”. So the DM combo could consist of Kos-Arteta,… Read more »

AFCEdwards

No.

Smudger

Top, top idea. Take our two best defenders and rotate one with a right back, and chuck the other one in midfield.

Rectum Spectrum

yes and we can totally rely on theo getting back to cover the right channel as we repel attack after attack with our ultra defensive style.

Rectum Spectrum

also just to be picky – i’m not sure we can include the players of other clubs in our formation. i’m no expert now – but i think there might be something in the rules somewhere.

Anon

It’s a shame I could only thum you down once.

TeeCee

Yup, deserves one for the formation and one for mentioning an ex-Red Scum SKY pundit.

Juice

I have to react to this. As much as i hated Neville as a player and as much as i hate United, Neville is absolute top quality pundit. Most of them are ludicrous cunts who keep talking shit and they shit all over Arsenal. Not Gary Neville though. I have total respect for him when he analyses the game and im not afraid to say so even though im Arsenal through and through.

mike

somebody let you off your medication early didn’t they?!

Goontang

No offence or anything mate, and i did say no offence, but that is the worst fucking idea i have ever heard.

While we are at it, i think Santi or Jacky boy would provide good competition for Szeszney in goals.

gooneritis

I can still see barca wanting to snatch him from us when he’s about 23, talkin sbout barca dna and all that

Andy Mack

It’s possible but his boyhood team was Real betis (cesc boyhood team was barca).

jason

News Real Madrid have supposed to have agreed a fee.

Real Madrid have given Higuain and his agents permission to talk to us.

So Higuain is almost a gooner 🙂

is yours gold?

Bit late on the uptake aren’t we there mate?

http://news.arseblog.com/2013/07/higuain-granted-permission-to-negotiate-with-arsenal/

…What? Am I the only one constantly staring at my screen hitting F5?

I’ll only believe it when I see him in the red shirt (or that awesome new away kit).

jason

OMG did you hear the news the agreed sum is supposed to be 23 million mate.

And we are also after QPR goal keeper.

Which is brialliant cause our current goal keepers are SHIT!

jason

OMG what about that Yaya striker we just signed omg that came out of no where. Absolutely no hint that we was even interested in him let alone signing him.

Came out of nowhere!

Pyrrho

This kid seems to me to have an air of class. On the other hand my conscience reminds me that the year Reyes, Robben, and Ronaldo arrived on these shores I was insisting to every poor git within earshot that it was us who had picked up the real gem. I’m still sulking about that. Ok, confession as therapy. Right up until Thierry reached his peak l was banging on about how Anelka had been a better natural talent.

Anon

Who are you championing now? Give the rest of us a heads up.

Pyrrho

I don’t have the heart. Ok, if you insist……Eboue.

Midfield Corporal

We all make mistakes Pyrro. I remember when we signed Henry my scouse loving mate profisied that ‘Titi Camara will be a bigger success in the Premier League than Thierry Henry’…..I never let him forget that gem.

Pyrrho

But then they seemed to think that Henderson, Downing, and Adam were going to tear the league up. I feel a bit better all of a sudden.

TeeCee

You can also draw comfort from the fact that you didn’t come up with the idea of lashing out 6m quid on Shelvey….
Your errors pale into insignificance when compared to that.

Alan Sunderland's Afro

Haven’t seen him play, so cannot comment. However, he does have very nice hair.

Fellaini's big bitchin' bouffant.

Very important in the modern game.

TO Gooner

He looks an awful lot like Ted Mosby.

wengersauce

http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=w8jDppxPZHM
a longish video of bellerin, and as much as YouTube can make anyone seem good, Hector does seem pretty good. my vote is keep sagna, play jenks more and blood bellerin in league cup and ‘unimportant’ games

Andy Mack

Are there any unimportant games?

wengersauce

Please refer to the quotation marks around the word unimportant. Kinda like air quotes, this signifies that, although a particular word is used, it may not be 100% applicable/appropriate for the scenario that we are discussing. Obviously there are no unimportant games, but i’d rather give Bellerin a shot at RB when we play Crystal palace vs when we play in our CL qualifier early in the season. Get it?????? some games are less important than others.

wengersauce

@Alan Sunderland’s afro
Top top top quality comment. Although he probably needs some conditioning before he’s really ready for the premier league… yes I’m leaving.

wengersauce

Let’s hope the comb-ination of him and Theo is one that can gel.
He’ll easily brush aside any competition.
I barber no regrets about having him in the team.

Help me please, I can’t stop

davidnz

Long term deal at 1k per week retainer and then pay for play from then on.

Higuain I am talking about.

Gutbukkit Deffrolla

That offer will for sure convince him to join us. You should do this for a living…. for Spurs.

Glasgow Gunner

Also a fan of the scissor kick, I presume. 🙂

Pete Tong

Higuain spotted in the airport and comments from his dad are exciting.

My only hope is shakira was accurate, when she declared her view and shared her assertions about the Argentines family with the somewhat popular tune named – The Higs dont lie.

We continue.

Glenn Helder

Arsene’s got my number if he needs it

vbk

All of a sudden betting odds increased for Suarez signing to arsenal in Skysports. Can anyone believe it?

dr chicken

they are “betting” odds – the word isn’t used in the same sense as on the theory of probability. If an event is highly likely to occur, it is said thats its odds to happen are high, but its betting odds will be very low, and so on.

TeeCee

“Can anyone believe it?”

Yes. Journalists.

luke

Joey essex + TGSTEL love child……

When some one searches for his essential thing, thus he/she needs to be available that in detail, thus that thing is maintained over here.

the Big head

hah

he’d be ‘the next ashley cole’

reisch

Fantastic things entirely, you only attained a new brand fresh visitor. Just what can you propose regarding the set up for you to produced 7 days before? Almost any positive?
